4 /5 RD Mahanpour: Nice store to shop, clean and organized. The staff are helpful. Good range of cloths, mostly for the younger people. The prices are reasonable, plus they keep giving out coupons. We spent over two hours in the store, we will be back. I was looking for shoes for summer.

4 /5 Maria Ledesma-Kap: Great Staff! Very helpful and friendly. Prices have gone up! I always get all my daughters school uniforms here. Disappointed that they’ve discontinued the cartwheel shorts. They used to have great back to school deals but not this time around… The staff more than makes up for the price increase. A staff will always come and ask if you need help with anything if they see you with a confused look in your face. Clean restroom too!

5 /5 Eddie Valadez: My experience with shopping at Old Navy at Hillsdale in San Mateo was positive. I particularly appreciated the sale section and discount section. The interior is spacious and clean. The customer service is outstanding and everyone was cordial. I like the changing rooms because they were clean and roomy. The store has mirrors everywhere and i appreciated this design. There are many types of jeans and active wear. I enjoyed my visit and experience shopping for pants. I recommend a visit.

5 /5 Stephanie Lee: Would definitely come back and recommend just for the great service! The cashier that helped me was very patient despite all the returns/transactions I had. He was super attentive and made sure to get me help when he needed to call someone else over to help me with a transaction. The store was generally also very clean and organized. Overall had a great experience!

4 /5 Rachel Heck: Some of their stuff is just ugly but its my go to for basics, which is pretty much all I wear anyways. Great prices, usually fully stocked (I stay away from the clearance section), helpful staff. My growing kids are pretty hard on their clothes so the price point is great for replacing items.
