1 /5 Ligia Melody Cornejo: We had a disastrous experience with a return! My family and I shop mostly on line because of the pandemic. We have two small children. Sometimes items dont work out so we might need to return or exchange one item, never more than two. We have a gap card and love to earn points so we use it all the time. The 1st time returning they couldnt find our transaction. The second time they couldnt find our transaction and gave my husband a store credit. Went back the other day, and once again they couldnt find it! They never asked if we had a gap card, they assumed my husband bought it from an outlet! The only reason we were returning was because they sent us the wrong item, and charged us for the item ordered! They "assumed" we would only buy from outlet and didnt even bother to look for the transaction. We had our receipt in our email, but this mall blocks all signal when you are inside so we couldnt bring it up! I will never shop in this location again. Im saddened that the Burlingame store closed. Horrible customer service! I even spoke to the store manager, and she knew exactly what she had done to my husband! So angry with them!
