5 /5 Jen Bryson: Had some minor car trouble on a road trip from LA to Carmel. Wright Way Collision was the closest shop and that was the luckiest thing thats ever happened to us. Called them up and they said to come on by. We were looking for just a patch job to get us to Carmel, but the owner immediately got under the car and fixed our problem completely. All in all, it took about 10 minutes. Now were back to enjoying our vacation and even happier than we were when we left thanks to Wright Way Collision. We can not recommend them enough. Friendly, honest, and fast service.

5 /5 Alisha White: I just have to shout out to everyone at Wright Way Collision. I had a bit of a bumper bender. I took it to Rick at Wright Way. He was able to give me the estimate on the spot. He worked with my insurance company and took care of everything. I didnt have to do a thing. The turn around time for the actual repair was excellent. They have made a customer for life. Their professionalism and attention to detail made a bummer bumper issue into a non issue in all aspects.

5 /5 Cameron Ross: Truly lucked out here. On a road trip we got a tear in the plastic panel under our car that made driving at high speeds dangerous. We called ahead and they were able to see us right away. Pulled right into the parking lot and they assessed the damage and removed the ripped panel on the spot so we could safely be on our way. Driving a Tesla I was uncertain about stopping into a mechanic on short notice, but it turned out Rick is a former Tesla employee and an expert who knew exactly what the issue was. Could literally not have gotten more lucky and everyone at the shop is so nice too!

The auto insurance referred us to a different auto collision shop, who advised us that they had no openings til several weeks, and that would be for a visual inspection only. Otherwise, the other nearest shop was nearly 100 miles away. We decided to call around and found Wright Way Collision Shop, where they responded quickly with a visual inspection and within a week. I contacted Tesla service for help, they were no use. Luckily, I called Wright-Way Collision and they were able to take my car in right away and fix the problem, saving me thousands of dollars in the process. The owner, Mr. Wright, is very friendly, honest, and clearly very knowledgeable about all types of cars, especially Teslas. He got my car fixed up quickly and had me back on the road in no time.
