Every time I call, the gal doesnt know anything and says shell call me back when she finds the information. She never calls back! This has happened time and time again for months. The last time I called, she couldnt find my info and as I sat on the phone listening to her shuffle through paperwork for literally10 min, all she could say is, "its here somewhere, Ill call you back when I find it".
