One stated they were full, but he recommended I called Freedom. If another service recommends someone else, they must be pretty good. Freedom came within the hour and retracted my slide in five minutes! The tech explained what I needed to fix the entire issue when I get back home. Freedom was great!

Muhammad Abdulla: I cant write enough positive things about Nick. It can be overwhelming to find a car mechanic in the Bay, but I can safely say that this shop is an absolute gem. He found the exact issues with my car, gave me a fair and completely reasonable price, and fixed it quickly with no issues. My car is in the best shape its been in years. The sound coming from the engine that four different mechanics failed to diagnose over the past two years is gone now thanks to Nick. The thing that struck me most was that at one point, he found an OEM part for cheaper than his original quote. Rather than pocketing the difference, he informed me of the good news and subtracted it from my bill. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he is willing to do business in a way thats honest and fair in this economy. I will be returning to this shop whenever I have ANY issues with my car, and I strongly recommend everybody does the same.

Living so far away I always find it hard to troubleshoot whats wrong with my car and understand how to describe it to a technician. Anyone else feel the same way? Well I got a recommendation to go to Four Car Garage after my engine started smoking when I drove it and it was such a pleasant experience. I did my usual bumbling about the lights that I saw and the codes that were showing up on my "code reader thingy". Then they took it from there and didnt make me feel like an idiot! I felt the prices were reasonable and I think Ive found my new go to place! Thanks for the excellent service! My car is running better than before!

I recently visited San Mateo Automotive for a free diagnostic and check engine light reset, After intense fear about my check engine light coming on and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment I arrived, they took great care of me—Staff offering me water, making me feel welcomed, and showing up for me even though it was just a diagnostic. The mechanic Mohammad was extremely honest and transparent, taking the time to explain what was going on with my car without any pressure . He confirmed my catalytic converter wasn’t an urgent issue, gave me insight into my brakes, and provided total peace of mind about my car’s condition. I’ve been to places where mechanics try to upsell unnecessary repairs, but this experience was completely different. No pushiness, just genuine care and honesty. Even though I didn’t spend money that day, I truly appreciate their time and will absolutel because he was honest and told me it wasnt a big issue I definitely will be coming back for future services. If youre looking for a trustworthy mechanic who values honesty, transparency, and customer care, this is the place to go! I highly recommend them! Vic Ceja: In the 25 years I have been driving. This has been the most pleasant experience with a mechanic I have ever had. I picked up my cousin at the San Francisco airport, and when exiting the airport, I downshifted to accelerate onto the freeway,. My 2015 M3 gave me a drive train malfunction code and the car went into limp mode. I pulled over and googled the closest service, which luckily was Francisco’s road service. He was open at 6:30 at night and the receptionist told me to come on over. I took the car to the shop and got a quick diagnostic. Misfire in cylinder 5. Francisco quickly diagnosed it as a bad engine coil, and spark plug. My brain was spinning on where I would leave the car and how I would get home to San Jose. Francisco said don’t worry about it. I’ll have it ready in an hour. This is now 730 at night and had my M3 apart in 20 minutes. The car was fixed in an hour and a half. I was back on the road by 830 at night. The price was fair but the service was unbelievable. This guy is a godsend. I was very Happy he was knowledgeable on working on my M3. Francisco se lo agradezco de todo corazón. Gracias paisano.
