Lynn Murray Ive been trying for several months to get my windshield repaired here. Every time I call, the gal doesnt know anything and says shell call me back when she finds the information. She never calls back! This has happened time and time again for months. The last time I called, she couldnt find my info and as I sat on the phone listening to her shuffle through paperwork for literally10 min, all she could say is, "its here somewhere, Ill call you back when I find it". HA! That was two weeks ago. They must be independently wealthy people.

bryan draper I am very very happy that my AG Chevy dealership recommended call state auto glass. I’m so very happy they were able to squeeze me in two days after my window cracked and Justin the service guy he was doing my own thing right now is one of the best ever technicians ever possible he called me let me know he was on his way. I met them really great guy really great professional. He knows his job but I want to say thank you Cal State for being a great company. Thank you Again. I will be using your business in the near future with my other family members

Jen Bryson Had some minor car trouble on a road trip from LA to Carmel. Wright Way Collision was the closest shop and that was the luckiest thing thats ever happened to us. Called them up and they said to come on by. We were looking for just a patch job to get us to Carmel, but the owner immediately got under the car and fixed our problem completely. All in all, it took about 10 minutes. Now were back to enjoying our vacation and even happier than we were when we left thanks to Wright Way Collision. We can not recommend them enough. Friendly, honest, and fast service.

Alisha White I just have to shout out to everyone at Wright Way Collision. I had a bit of a bumper bender. I took it to Rick at Wright Way. He was able to give me the estimate on the spot. He worked with my insurance company and took care of everything. I didnt have to do a thing. The turn around time for the actual repair was excellent. They have made a customer for life. Their professionalism and attention to detail made a bummer bumper issue into a non issue in all aspects.

Brandon Sibley 100% recommend! Moved my father to this area and he was in need of something minor after the 600m drive. We stopped in and they were polite, accurate, informative and in the end they didnt charge us for the issue. I had to leave early to get back to Colorado but they took care of my dad and offered a pickup/drop-off service. I wish these guys were in Colorado but Im glad they are there for my dad. I wouldnt go anywhere else if I have a choice.

Jonathan Gentzel Did some shopping around and was quoted $145 just for a diagnosis and was not greeted kindly, Over here at Shift N Gears not only was the customer service great at least with Kevin he did amazing but for 100 bucks they did a full inspection of my car and showed proof of the maintenance that my almost 200k vehicle needs but only was a suggestion they don’t bother you at all about the other things you need done they will address it but not force anything. Crappy part was my car was in the shop for 24 hours but no more then that and it was worth the 100 bucks to get what I needed looked at and more.

Preston Maldonado Carlos repainted my 2012 Chevy Silverado that I have been building over the years that I bought in a condition that was that was far from nice or complete/running. This truck had dents, dings, bent door panels, and much more body work that was needed. He is an honest and reliable guy. If you’re looking for skill and trustworthy knowledge then he is your guy. You get what you pay for and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Donna Thompson Had our GMC in twice. Very good repairs. Only two stars because our brand new Weather Tec floorliner on driver side was ruined. He cut a big section from around the accelerator pedal. No explanation, we found it several days later. He could have just put it in the back seat if it bothered him. Secondly, our truck had a hood light. He completly removed it, wiring and all, and threw it away. My husband rewired and installed a new light. No explanation there either. Good mechanical work but watch your accessories!

Mr. G A slide on my fifth wheel was stuck and the override did not work. I called two mobile rv services knowing one may be busy. Both called me back. One stated they were full, but he recommended I called Freedom. If another service recommends someone else, they must be pretty good. Freedom came within the hour and retracted my slide in five minutes! The tech explained what I needed to fix the entire issue when I get back home. Freedom was great!

Bill Reed For windshield repairs or auto glass services on your car or truck, I strongly recommend Mr. B’s Auto Glass in Paso Robles. Jason has replaced windshields for me, saving both money and time! Here he is working on my Toyota Camry. I truly believe Jason is the best in the business!

Melissa Xavier Jason took care of a rock chip on the windshield of our rental car on the Saturday before Christmas, after we had driven in to Morro Bay from Utah. He made a house call to take care of it for us, and had reasonable rates. Experienced and professional. Definitely recommend! Jason has been doing this work for almost 30 years now, so he knows his stuff.

Violet B I’ve been coming here for a long time. The workers are very kind people. Always willing to explain things. They get the work done fast and they do it very well. When a friend and I were stuck on the side of the road, Dennis- a worker at big brand. Stopped and changed our tire on his way home. Only a very selfless and kind person would do such a thing. I have nothing to say other than I hope Dennis gets a raise and is treated well at his job. Great service, great customer service, and great people.
