5 /5 Sofia Avila: So happy with the result!!! I recommend going early when it’s not so busy, plus the technicians take their time with the nail art :D this is my 5th time getting acrylics here and i haven’t been disappointed!! (lil expensive but worth it)

2 /5 andrew henderson: $160+ spent on 2 pedicures and 1 manicure and my feet still look crusty. Mediocre services with a fancier looking salon. I thought because of the area it would be of a higher quality. They also upped the prices on us when we went to pay. Our services we re supposted to be $130 but they charged us $140 when we went to pay. After telling them they overcharged us the salon employees went back and fourth on the price amongst themselves but at the end they still charged us the same price. I didnt feel like arguing so I just paid and left. Will not be returning, my feet still look ashy when they usually look way better paying less at other salons for the same service. Manicure for male was so-so, my cuticles still have hangnails and nails are uneven.

1 /5 amber sutton: I uh advan appointment for 2pm, I called and let them know I was running late due to car troubles and was trying to make it there for 2:30. When I finally did get there it was about 2:45pm hours hen I walked in the salon was completely empty so I figured at least I didnt hold anyone up. Then one of the nail techs said that they couldnt see me cause I was late, even though I had called and let them know I was going to be. And they refused to see me period like they were fully booked. But like I said the salon was completely empty and when I walked out I couldnt leave cause my car was overheating anyways so I had to wait , there were no other appointments or customers in the salon for the next almost 30 minutes after I was turned away. Which I could understand if they had other appointments scheduled but they didnt. And Ive been trying to come here to have this acrylic set done for over a week and was planning to drop about 200+ on both mani and Pedi. But sitting around doing nothing is more important than making money or running a good salon. But after looking at some other reviews and reading about the continuous bad service and unsanitary conditions of their utensils they use on people and seeing pictures of peoples toe nails infected with fungus after coming here, Im going to take it as a blessing in disguise and the universes way of saving me from a disaster of an experience or an unwanted ailness in the future. To those who test the waters may more than luck be on your side, and I hope your experience is better than mine

Ive used both manicures and pedicures, and without fail, Ive left the salon with a smile on my face. My go-to nail artist, Ryan, consistently delivers an outstanding job. If youre on the hunt for a top-tier nail salon, I really recommend this place. Photo is from todays visit with Ryan.

5 /5 Barbara Keller: I have had my nails done in many salons in Oakland, but this is the best service to date. Minh’s nail art is gentle, detail oriented & lasts for weeks. I have had 9 powder dips and they are consistently excellent. The salon is contemporary in style, immaculately maintained and the staff cheery and accommodating. I would call this a diamond among hundreds of rocks.
