Allie C: Went to this park for an Easter Egg hunt hosted by North of the River and the kids loved it. We have been to this park multiples times and it is in a safe area, the playground is well set up, and the picnic area is under a shade structure. We will go back in the future and recommend to friends and family who live nearby.

Sonny Contreras: Not the most family safe environment. Enough homeless to make you a bit squirmish and a few "up to no good" individuals. Good for basketball games and soccer pick ups but stay in your toes. Dont leave anything of value laying around. Good vibes when your there for pick up games like most parks but other then that I wouldnt picnic here.
    Stiern Park - Bakersfield
    Stiern Park
Clayton Evans: Ive been going to Stiern Park for over 20 years to exercise early in the morning and hoop later on in the evening. Ill be done hooping around 9:30 pm i used to live on Nicki Court. W Brandi “McBooty”: Stumbled upon this park by accident. To the train from Fresno to Hanford for superior dairy ice cream and needed something for the kids to do for a couple hours until we left. Looked up local parks, this was the closest and worked out great!! It was a very hot day and the jungle gyms are in the sun so not safe for the kids but this water pad was amazing! Lots that shoot up from the ground, spreading flowers, a little drop bucket one- perfect on a hot day!! Bathrooms need some thorough cleaning and paper towels would be beneficial hence the 4 stars, but really a great place to cool off and easy to get to!
    China Alley - Hanford
    China Alley
J S: I love this place. It has lost a lot of its amazing luster over the years. It still stands as a monument to the history of the Chinese community who once lived here 100+ years ago. The alley is famed for its restaurants as well. The Imperial Dynasty used to host famous actors and politicians. Now it is a quiet little area that doesnt have much going on except a Tea shop, and grocery, but you can still appreciate the ambiance of what was once there.

Wayne Bennion: A nostalgic visit to my first Carnegie library. Its where I learned that you cant sound out Joaquin with English pronunciation rules! I miss the books, but I appreciate the building still being there and open.
