China Alley - Hanford (CA)

4 /5 J S: I love this place. It has lost a lot of its amazing luster over the years. It still stands as a monument to the history of the Chinese community who once lived here 100+ years ago. The alley is famed for its restaurants as well. The Imperial Dynasty used to host famous actors and politicians. Now it is a quiet little area that doesnt have much going on except a Tea shop, and grocery, but you can still appreciate the ambiance of what was once there.

3 /5 Mik: China alley is yet another token memory of times gone by. Where this used to be a very busy place, the alley now sits mostly quiet; the restaurants closed, a bit of vandalism and graffiti having crept in. Even still, it doesnt take much imagination to see its heyday before a history of change in around Hanford brought it to its current state.

5 /5 Felix Toribio: Wish they would do something with this location... so much cool history with this location. It is still pretty cool to see the buildings and try to imagine how it might have been. Def reccomend, its a quick 5min walk tour. Beautiful

5 /5 Mandy Kirby: Lots of history here. There is also a a few historic markers around. The businesses here all have stories to tell
