5 /5 Ashley Caretto: I have been seeing Alex O since 2019. He is an amazing artist. Creative, thorough, and pays attention to detail. I have scleroderma, an autoimmune disorder in my scalp and he has been so helpful with my scalp and hair journey. He always does a good job with my curly cuts and organic color. Leticia and Alex always so friendly and welcoming when I come in. I live in Phoenix, but have no problem making the trip to Los Angeles for my hair appointments. When you have the best, why settle for less??!

The team was incredibly attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They paid such close attention to every detail, making sure everything was just right. I really appreciated how generous they were with their time and effort—they genuinely put in the work to achieve my desired style. The blow dry was also spot-on, leaving my hair looking exactly how I’d envisioned it—sleek, polished, and perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the result.
