I had a very specific color to dye in mind but didnt have specific photos for reference, but Olivia understood perfectly what I wanted and the color turned out great. I got so many appraises throughout the last week about my hair. Will definitely come back to her in the future!

I had some residual perm previously but she also helped to reset it by straightening the mid section and added a root volume.
