5 /5 Dana Maraach: Vanessa’s Nails saved me today. I got my toes done at another place and they looked so bad, like a kindergartener did them. Mind you I am a bride to be and these were for my wedding. I came into Vanessa’s panicking and they said “don’t worry, we got you!” They put my mind at ease and the results are so beautiful, more than I hoped for. Thank you Vanessa and your lovely staff for all your help! I love my nails!

2 /5 Suri Nunez: The first time I got a manicure here I was very pleased with the speediness, quality, and service so I decided to try them again. This second experience still checked off speediness and service but the quality drastically decreased. The primer didnt cure properly so this lead to wrinkling air pockets in my manicure.

2 /5 mireya uribe: I went to vanessas nail spa yesterday to fix a broken nail. Since they didnt have the color that I had I changed it. I kept my previous nails, the color and the fixing I got charged 45 dollars. I was like wow okay. So the they guy did my nails I wasnt happy when I walked out but I was like Ill give it a shot. I went through my day hating my nails. I decided to go back and my nails fixed they did it for me. Thats the only reason why they got two stars. While hes is fixing them he is telling me that its basically my fault for not getting the new nails. I dont recommend this place.

1 /5 sabrina sarkaria: Vanessa did my nails and provided very poor service. I had asked for a fill and had told her to please leave it coffin shaped and it came out in a total different shape. I had asked her if she can please narrow the tips down and replied with attitude. My overall experience was bad here. While she was fixing my nails she continued on making rude remarks and continuously calls me picky when all I wanted was to be satisfied with my nails because I am paying for the service. She had also told me that my nails for $40 before beginning the service and after she had charged me $55. She told me that her changing the nail shape added more money when I think she was purely being petty and raised the price just because I was unsatisfied. This was my first and last time going here and I don’t recommend this place. On the other hand David’s nails across from here provided me with fast/good service and i always leave very satisfied. I have been going there for so long and had decided to switch it up but I will not make that mistake again.

1 /5 janessa ramirez: (UPDATE) my toes started chipping three days after the pedi, and my nails are so thin my pinky nail broke right off, not even a week later. Absolutely insane. From three stars. To ONE. I do not recommend, I’ve told all my friends to star clear!!!! … The man who does the pedi cures is absolutely amazing! I’ve been here multiple times. And Vanessa herself is pretty good and friendly, but there is a younger man, the one without the accent. Well let me just say how UNPROFESSIONAL and frankly rude he was, on top of OVER CHARGING ME, he was watching the cowboys vs. Green Bay packers game instead of focusing on getting the job done. All I wanted was white v tip with coffin shape. And I was there over an hour just for my simple nails. He had to redo more than one nail over again. I can tell he was getting frustrated. I would absolutely NOT recommend getting your nails done by him. At all. And sadly I don’t think I’ll ever go back because of that. Because I was so satisfied with my pedicure I was being generous with my star rating. My nails are lumpy not cleaned up and over all not good at all. charged me $65. Not including the tip.
