1 /5 Adriana Ruiz: I went to Billy years ago so I wanted to support Pop. Only nail tech available to book with was Amy. Her work looked great so I booked. When I walked in she didnt even look up. Just said sit down. She was so rude, impatient and had a very negative vibe. She pretty much yelled at me when I said I wanted them a little thicker to be darker. When I left I noticed what I feared, they were completely see through. I went somewhere else to fix because I didnt want to deal with her attitude. I ended up paying double. Im not sure if I caught her on a bad day, but it almost felt like she was annoyed to do my nails. Maybe she doesnt like new clients. Her works great but as a business owner and fellow beauty professional Id never want anyone with that attitude working in my establishment.
