1 /5 Kavita Chand: I was coming here for years. One day, I asked for a white chrome for my engagement nails and they gave me a pink sparkly one instead and told me to trust the process. I told them this was not what I wanted at all, and walked out. Never again. They also are always in a rush.

1 /5 Kendra Clark: Honestly worst manicure of my life. All I wanted was a change of gel polish on my nails. I immediately noticed as they were taking off my prior gel polish that they were scraping my natural nails causing them to lose a ton of strength and asked her to stop, as my normal tech never does this. This made her angry, and she refused to change what she was doing. Then, she proceeded to give me the most rushed and bizarre manicure. She would paint like 3 nails and let them cure, then paint them all, and then cure again. The result is extremely uneven coverage. There was dried gel all over my cuticles when she was done and the shape was so terrible I ended up spending 30 min when I got home just trying to make my nails look presentable. I’m really disappointed. Getting my nails done is my me time that I splurge for since I recently went through a difficult divorce, and instead of leaving relaxed and happy, i left frustrated and upset. I asked for my money back and was told no. I left in tears.

1 /5 Karina_ Beas: Not satisfied with the service and took way too long, I ended up coming here because I was in the area and I usually go elsewhere but no polish didn’t last on the pedicure and I ended up getting an infection. my doctor put me on antibiotics because of this.

1 /5 karen bell: What happened to this place? I have been going there for 10 yrs. Well, no more! 2 employees (that I have never seen before) and myself. I asked for a pedicure, no polish. I let him know I like the water hot, it was ice cold. I was in the chair for 10 minutes! My toes look like crap! My toes are jagged and uneven. He didnt even touch the cuticles. I said something to the lady when I paid and she had no reaction. What a waste of money!

2 /5 Sheree White: Nails are good but had to go home and re-scrub my nails because she left powder all over my fingers and she also nicked me and made me bleed ,after scrubbing I had to put my own cuticle oil back on just so I could take a good picture, there was no way I could take a picture right after because my nails look like they had dried glue on them and didn’t tip $55 I won’t be going back ! Picture is after I did the work at home to make them presentable !
