1 /5 Mikhaila Redovian: I never even got in to see a physical therapist because their intake process is so poorly managed. My PCP sent a referral three separate times to this office, and each time I had to follow up just to be told, rudely, that they had no record of a referral, that there was no email to send a referral to or other workaround, and that my PCP office needed to just call them to get the referral faxed while on the phone with them. Reception was rude and unhelpful, and losing three separate referrals is unacceptable.

1 /5 Justasportsnut Jackson: UCD PM&R on "C" Street is USELESS. Dr. Wornick(sp?) is apathetic about treatment. She referred me to UCD PT, which is horrific, those PTs call in sick more than they are at work, and just print out exercises without giving any demos. After complaining to Dr. W, she suggested that I seek out a personal trainer. I was done after that. I left UCD PM&R and went to an outside PM&R physician who examined me thoroughly and determined that I had significant scar tissue throughout my connective tissues as a result of a long term injury. He referred me to PT where I receive myofascial therapy in preparation for Tenex procedure yo remove scar tissue from my muscles and tendons. UCD PM&R and PT dont care about their patients, its just a paycheck to them. Disgusting. Sheesh.

4 /5 Pamela Ross: I saw Dr. Chen about two years ago for cramping and dislocating fingers. He sent me to an Occupational Therapist (Hand Therapist) to get finger ring/splints made. Kim G. is an amazing Hand Therapist and she quickly gave me some ring splints for my fingers. She also directed me to Etsy for some Sterling Silver and beautiful Ring Splints! They were so beautiful and affordable, more so than the Orthopaedic Ring Splints that were available as well.

1 /5 Sonya Jane: Physical therapy front desk is rude and dont seem to care. Referall triage coordinator takes 3 weeks to just triage. It takes over a month just to get seen and then you deal with their front staff rudeness. They need a management/admin overhaul. DMV is more efficient!

1 /5 Jesse Lopez: An incredibly frustrating office to work with. Several people have warned me, but I thought Id give them a try. Wasted several weeks of my time. Avoid the frustration and go elsewhere.
