5 /5 Ken Ealy: In my experience, Dr. Alcalay does not use wiggle-words. She is straight-up, but with compassion. I walk out after my appointment knowing whats what. That said, I also feel confident about her advice & suggestions. I also feel that I CAN ask questions and dive deeper into her advice/recommendations/suggestions, in order to aid my understanding of the matter.

I appreciate the way she explains her thinking and seeks to include my opinions as she considers options for treatment. Dr. Alcaly talks as she types so that I know what she is thinking. I especially appreciate the notes she puts on my After Visit Summary. At the end of my appointment she always verbally itemizes the decisions made and any actions I need to take. I like and trust Dr. Allison Alcalay.
