3 /5 David L: Kim is excellent!! Dr. Kaur has a very condescending bedside manner. She had the nerve to chuckle at me during my initial appt. at a time that was very inappropriate. I’ve been in and out of care my entire life (I’m currently 50) and Dr. Kaur spoke to me like I was a student with no intelligence. Everything she said were things I already knew. She spoke to me and not with me. I had an appt. the following week with another provider and it was like night and day. Dr. Kaur needs to lighten up.

Not just pushes meds she actually is concerned about your life and make sure we are safe and adjusts your meds if needed. Very companionate Dr. I hope I can see her for years to come. Fred Caatro: Dr . Heather whatever her name is At sutter Heath on plumas st. 805 plumas st. I believe suite 201 unprofessional when it comes to patients. I went for a follow up appointment for back pain. After being prescribed a medication that worked on the pain but was only filled for a week supply 7 pills that’s taken needed for pain. I ran out and had to make another appointment to get refills. On this second visit not once checked my back not once asked where the pain is now instead drilled me as if I was a drug addicted for wanting pills that had worked before. The lecture went on and on got 10 minutes. Not before she made it like a oh yeah watch this I’m going to lower the dose. How you like that , i will never return to that office as long as she is providing care. I never been more embarrassed to in my life. Sorry for venting. But it had to be. Shared.

Sherry Rhoads: I havent been here for over twenty years, but when Harmony Health popped up I was forced to relive my horrible experiences with Rachel. I hope shes been long gone for the patients sake. She is rude, unprofessional and has the worst bedside manner. While getting my refill for my allergy pills she asked how much they were going for. I was confused. She said, you know, how much do you get for them on the streets? I broke my finger and she never gave me a splint or anything. My appointment with the bone doctor was a week away and deformity had already set in. My middle finger is permanently deformed because she doesnt care. My daughter was 5 and we were getting her shots. She wouldnt cooperate so Rachel asked, do you want to be shot, hung or electrocuted? Something is wrong with her. Obviously that was the final straw because who asks a five year old child that question? I was done.

lotatoys: Never on time. They seem to be following the airlines practice of overbooking. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be put in a room where I waited another 25 minutes to see my doctor. Thats 55 minutes late and that doesnt include the 15 minute early arrival time they requested.

They refuse to log into portals and handle simple requests , which made me have to mail written requests from the state and other doctors offices , they are not available on weekends and have left me hanging with unresolved issues through the weekend . The np ignores my issues and does not follow through with er directives to have me seen by specialists. Dont go here if you have any urgent needs or require real medical attending Drs ..
