    Luda Pas: I do not recommend changing oil here, they changed my oil and changed the oil filter, a day later it turned out that there was no oil in the car, when changing the oil, they installed the filter poorly and all the oil ran out onto the road. I had to urgently fill the car with oil. When I contacted the service and told them about their mistake, the manager said that she did not believe me. She did not even apologize, not to mention that they did not return the money. I provided all the receipts and photos.

    Anjuli Martin-Hollman: I’m so pleased with my experience at the Price Ford Service Center. I drove from Oakdale to Price Ford in Turlock because they are the best around. Albert was reassuring and professional. He helped me deal with a stressful situation with my 2017 car when it wouldn’t start even with a new battery. He was understanding that this is one of the busiest times of the year (the holiday season!) and my car being out of commission really put me in a bind. He got me in on the same day that I called. It took them a couple days to troubleshoot and figure out what was wrong. Imagine my surprise when they didn’t even charge me the $199 diagnostic fee! I left paying only $106!!! I’ve never had an experience like that in my life. Even if it is a minor fix, repair shops usually find other things to tack on to make it “more worthwhile” for them - This one didn’t. That really built a lot of trust. Albert had great communication the entire time and let me know what was going on. Not to mention, they actually answer their phones over there, unlike the Ford servicing here in Oakdale. The business hours at Price Ford Service made it easy for me to pick up my vehicle in the evening. I was helped out by Brian who also had really great customer service skills. Overall, this was a wonderful experience in an otherwise stressful situation. I’m very happy to leave this five star review. What a great team!

They then checked all fluids and aired my tires to proper psi ( all 4 were very low). Then said no charge. I usually get my oil changed here, now I for sure always will. What a good way to run a business!
