5 /5 Bonnie Arbuckle: I have had cars in shops a few times in my life, and my experience with Alfred Matthews was by far the best. I was in a collision and my entire front bumper and right wheel panel had to be replaced, as well as the washer fluid tank, fog light, and lots of other smaller things. I used the Modesto location, and Ricardo was very pleasant to work with. They took care of my car - and me, and I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Amber Rogers: My husband and I were hit by another car that caused significant damage to body of our car. We didnt have a place we trusted so we asked the insurance company they suggested 3 places and we decided to go with Alfred Matthews Collision Center. We are so grateful we did! The whole thing went very smoothly and we were kept updated through all of it. Heather went above and beyond, she is very friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with the rental car shuttle that was supposed to pick me up and as soon as Heather noticed I was still waiting she immediately called to have them come over right away so I could get to work. She even took steps to make sure that the mix up doesnt happen in the future. Heather called the next day to let us know that there was additional damage under everything and the parts had been ordered. She confirmed I had got into a rental ok and said that she was notifying the insurance company and the car rental with the expected time frame so we didnt have to make any of the calls. The text updates they sent were very helpful, it was nice to see that they were staying on track so we didnt have to worry. We got the car on the expected day, it looks great! Its as if there was never any damage. They even vacuumed out the inside and wiped down everything which was a pleasant surprise. It was in desperate need of a detailing but it hadnt happened due to COVID. It now looks cleaner than it has in a long time. We will definitely bring our cars here if its ever needed in the future...hopefully its not though, haha.
