JD Franklin Took in my dodge ram for an alignment. Great service. Was turned down by another alignment shop since I needed caster and camber adjustments. Seems some shops only do simple toe in/out adjustments but still charge you $75. I will recommend to friends and family.

Molly Cardoso The work on my jeep left me with engine lights illuminating like fireworks on 4th of July! Whoever worked onit didnt put the oil back in! After supposed new engine! The engine did not look new! Took it in because of engine light his response was i was driving around with no oil! A joke! I didnt drink it ! They made a mistake that he wouldnt admit to! After more than a month in the shop for a 10 hour job! That left it in worse condition than when it went in! Reckless! 10 grand for gutless engine that we believe isnt new at all! And the office manager left! So from his suggestion that we sell it! Something strange was happening behind the silence for over a month in the shop!

I Perez Called bec my brakes needed replacing. Was told to come at 2 as I did. Showed up at 145 hoping maybe hed get me in asap but he didnt touch my car for an hour even though I had appointment. They helped another man first who pulled up without an appointment. Replacing my pads they Didnt put the jelly provided where metal to metal contact happens. Hope my brakes have no squeaking anytime soon.... I wasted tons of time in the waiting room playing pool which made me not drive off.

everywhere cat I set an appointment for him to do work, and when I drove two hours from out of town to have the work done he told me "I only work when I want, call somebody else". Had he told me earlier it would have been fine. Also, he needs to learn how to use a phone.

Let me tell you my experience with this team and what they have done for me! Lets start off with how honesty these guys are they found something wrong with my suspension system AFTER I had it done with a suspension shop.. they found a bolt loose coming out of the shocks... That would of caused a HUGE problem but THEY found it. There work is priceless but they charge you a good price almost feels wrong sometimes due to dealership prices. I came in there with so many issues on my Dodge ram 1998 they found parts that no one else really carries and thats big not even dealership will carry anymore a discontinued part. They fulfilled everything I needed without any problems yet I wasnt in a rush with my truck by being an UNDERSTANDING PERSON good work takes time!! (If this is the team that worked on it Thank you for everything!)
