Mary N: Peaceful garden with much more than roses. Great views of the Temecula Valley and surrounding mountains. Beautifully maintained plants and flowers. Great pond with lots of blooming lillies! Love that they have a pollination garden. Worth an hour or two of your time.
Street_driven_life: Theres not a whole lot of real estate, but what For this park lacks in size, it makes up for in quality. The new skate park has a variety of obstacles. A few buttery ledges a manual pad half pipe spine with rails and some very nice quarter pipes.
Saurabh Mundhada: Visited the California State Railroad Museum with my family, including my 7-year-old child. Overall, it was a great experience learning about different types of locomotives and the challenges faced in building the rail route from Sacramento to the eastern states. The museum also features amazing models of toy trains and detailed landscapes that the trains travel through.
You can easily spend 2-3 hours here.
S& S: The zoo was just that, a zoo! There was a good selection of animals to view, unfortunate there wasn’t another rhino, the one looked sad with his face on the ground, and no elephants or lions. The lioness would probably benefit with a male around. Some of the exhibits were a tad small and the animals seemed a tad under stressed. I wish they’d give live prey to the prey animals, maybe when the zoo is closed so it’s not Grissom but so the animals can still embrace their natural skills.
My daughter had a great time so that’s really what matters. Grateful for the zoo and their keepers so we can have this experience.
Shakir Niazai: One of the great walking spot for friends and families. There are plenty of parking available on the road side and nearby parking garages with almost good hourly rates. Check rates before you park. Many food options are available. It has antique shops, restaurants board walk and hotels near by river.
Anthony McCool: A nice building, very busy while in session. Some key points of interest. There are a few museums in the building. A great statue of Ronald Reagan, "hidden" in the basement floor. This should be on the main floor. Well I guess he wanna Democrat, so there you go.

Kristen Horwith: If given the opportunity, I would highly recommend visiting the fort with a school on a field trip. It gives you an entirely different experience from the self-guided tour. This is something I did in school 30 years ago, and was also just able to experience with my daughter and her class. Its run by 4 or so state park employees, and then for field trips, the parent volunteers run the stations. This gives the kids a chance to make candles, rope, leather stamping, bake in a stone oven, churn butter, and more.
