1 /5 Abbey Hanson: I am so upset right now. Because of the terrible rain we have been having I have been wearing boots and tennis shoes like every other female out here. So I finally decided to get my feet done for my besties Birthday. I am use to the person doing my nails or feet to ask me if I want my nails cut short or if my toe nails are to short when I go to the shop they will just file my nails to shape them instead of cutting them even shorter. But Linn not only cut my nails too the point of damn near gone, but she also cut my large toe so terribly to the point where I Pray that my toe doesn’t get infected. I had to come straight home and doctor on my foot and the rest of my toe nails look like little dots because she cut them below the skin. I am furious and the 1 star was only so that I could leave this TERRIBLE REVIEW.

2 /5 Julia Garcia: I used to get my nails done at this place before the pandemic. I came back recently and I am not satisfied with my experience. When my feet were being scrubbed, the worker hurt my leg and cut me with the scrubber object. I am not sure why she was not careful. Also, she did things I didn’t ask for and charged me more. I left so confused about why she did all those extra things I never asked when I booked my appointment. I’m sad that my experience coming back to this place wasn’t good. I also did my acrylic nails and she didn’t do a good job. The gel was like covering the tip of my fingers, it was thick. I hope that this review helps this business improve.

5 /5 Diema Durham -Johnson: I have been letting Tony and his pedicurist Lin do my Nails and feet for the last 3 years and I absolutely love the work he does and Lin they are sweet people and treat you right. I am so happy he finally has his own shop. Check him out.

Shaniah Ritzie: I love this nail salon! It’s local to where I live, and I can walk to their shop. I come here to get my nails and feet done, and I especially love the sea salt and sugar scrubs. I am simple, so I only get clear coat gel on my toes and hands. My wife often struggles with painful ingrown toenails, and this is the only place that takes the time to properly care for her nails. Kim and Mei Mei are amazing, and all the nail stylists are professional and courteous. Occasionally, the card reader is down, but you can still pay with Zelle or cash. Bianca Kelly: I called and asked how much a fill was she said $30. When I arrived, she said $40. The nail polish was old, she did 4 coats which never dried and the very next day two of my nails lifted. The photos below was from the very next morning after a fill and polish! Worst spent money and time ever. Plus there were bubbles in my nails after they dried and she didn’t do the top coat to the base of my nail bed so the polish looks extra BAD and chunky! Save your money and time!

I usually have issues getting people to do designs on my long natural nails, they usually want me to get tips or gel extensions. This place was kind and stepped up to the plate with this evil eye design I had wanted for protection. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future

Michael Hillord: I wanted to give this place a try because it’s a block away from my home. I got a standard Mani+Pedi, the sign says $55 but I was quoted $60…not a big deal, I assumed the sign hasn’t been updated. They did a very thorough job with my cuticle care but the nail shape that I asked for was ignored. Each of my finger nails are a different shape. I thought the nail tech stepped away to get a buffing cream or clear polish, when she didn’t return I had to ask. I was surprised she was willing to leave my nails in an unfinished state. That’s when I realized that no one asked me if I wanted a color. The only time anyone talked to me is when I was asked what I did for a living. Once they finished aggressively buffing my nails, I was over the experience and I wanted out of there. I asked to pay, then I was told it would be $67. I inquired why, I was told it cost $67. I paid with tip and vowed never to step foot in that place again. I left feeling taken advantage of, they wanted to collect as much money as possible from me. I now know why this salon is always empty when I walk by. I hope this review helps the next unassuming person.

JJV The Storyteller: I had not been here in a while and forgot about the excellent customer service and friendliness of the employees. I have been going to another salon where I am very friendly with all who work there and because I am loyal, would feel like Im cheating going somewhere else. But Im about to be a cheater (lol). They do an excellent job and much closer to home. I love the attention and patience they have with my elderly mother who is having memory challenges. To sum it up, these days it is difficult to find caring people even when paying for services; well, L&L Nail Cair provides A+ Customer Service at todays market prices.
