5 /5 Mohammed Muqsith: Abi the mechanic is honest, technically qualified, and a trustworthy technician. He quickly diagnosed the ABS brake pump problem and gave fair estimate and recommendations of the work to fix it. He got the jobs done in 2 days as committed. He is also very thorough in his service work and takes a holistic approach to his solutions and provides pros and cons of the solutions to help in decision making - no pressure to upsell anything. He understands older/newer car issues (that includes hybrid cars) and takes the time to come with a cost effective solution taking into consideration the customers short term and longer term objectives - which I I found to be very helpful. Even though this was my first visit to this shop - I am fairly certain this wont be my last - I definitely found my car mechanic I had been looking for.
