She’s incredibly talented at achieving the perfect, beautiful color while keeping my hair healthy and damage-free (I do bleach my hair). What I love most is that she never pushes services onto the customer. If she thinks something isn’t a good idea for your hair, she’ll tell you honestly, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy stylist!

5 /5 Nam Ly-Sarmiento: I had never committed to a hair stylist in the past. I would jump around salons to try new stylists after almost every cut and color. I never disliked anyone but was never loving what I got. I would see styles I like, show a stylist but never felt like I was getting what I envisioned. Turns out I just needed Thy! Im not the best at describing what Im looking for but Thy somehow understands what I want and what would look best for me. She has never led me astray! I have been going to Thy for 7+ years now. She has a great eye for color and is so talented at what she does. She has done such a great job with my hair that even my sister, who lives on the East Coast, made an appointment to see Thy for her haircut recently. Thy runs a tight ship. She keeps her appointments flowing without rushing each client. Her space is comfortable and she keeps everything spotless! I cant recommend her enough! You cant go wrong with Thy!

Thy is the best at what she does and over these years my hair quality (it was very damaged before I went to her) has improved so much... Enough so that I get compliments on my hair! Thy is an amazing hair stylist and I regularly go to get it cut, toned and gloss. She will always recommend whats best for my hair to make sure its not only beautiful but also healthy which I greatly appreciate. Shes the only person I trust with my hair in the US. If you are looking for a new hairstylist that will always look out for you and your hairs best interest, definitely recommend going to Thy! :)

I certainly had trust issues with mine after a haircut gone wrong many years ago. When I was ready to explore a salon experience again, I researched many stylists in the area and Thy came out on top. From the moment I inquired about her service to scheduling the appointment, to the consultation and finally the haircut itself, Thy was a true professional. I showed her photos of the color and and style I was hoping for, and she genuinely listened and offered her expertise in a clear manner. I especially appreciated that she provided different options based on my busy lifestyle and preferences for a low maintenance and natural style. She was generous with her knowledge and it is clear that she’s had extensive experience with hair. I also appreciated that products or extra services were not pushed on me so it felt very relaxed (though I did buy a serum because I loved how soft it made my hair feel and it smelled divine). Throughout the service, Thy was warm, easy to converse with, and checked in regularly to make sure I was ok with how my hair looked thus far. Her salon is a tranquil space with natural light and soothing music. I felt really well looked after during my time there and am overjoyed by how light, airy, and fresh my new hair feels. Anuradha Tempe: Farin had a lot of experience with hair, and that was evident in the details she looked into while doing my root touch up. My only gripe is that she did not take time to dry my hair. I sat under the dryer for over 20 minutes to dry my hair after my appointment! I don’t know about her but in all the salons I have been to a basic rough dry is a must have with hair color/ root touch up. It left a little too much to be desired in terms of service. She’s cordial and professional. Taking a star off for the service and overall experience.

Tori Roberts: Topher is such a caring hair stylist! The salon smells incredible, has such aesthetic decor and a hair washing station that truly makes you feel like you’re at the spa. He took great care in finding out my cut and color preferences and used products that my hair look incredible when I left! My hair looked good for 3 days after with no wash! I can’t recommend him enough :)

Samson Solomon: Hair cut was okay. I was more turned off by the fact she charged me more for curly hair. I wasn’t charged before for this when I came to her and now she added that. My hair was well maintained and didn’t cost her more time to cut than straight hair. This is hair discrimination and the fact that she said she could cut herself and was more labor intensive that’s why she is charging more is a bunch of crap. If you don’t know how to cut curly hair or don’t want to then just say it and I’ll go somewhere else. She said she could’ve also charged more for the couple sprays of hair product she put on at the end, which was another rude, unsolicited comment and very unprofessional. I will not be coming back here, the hair cut is already over $100 and the fact she is doing this is just cheap and not professional at all.

Aanchal Dalmia: ANTHONY was unprofessional, fraud, and a bully. I went in for a bang trim with JAY. I have been a regular customer at the salon but this has been the worst service. The service was incompetent. JAY could not understand English, and was not able to cut my bangs as I had desired. They were cut too short and looked uneven. He spent over 30 mins trying to fix the hair but to no avail. On checkout, ANTHONY comes, and asks for $25 for bang trim. I make the payment. But when I say that on website it says $20, he says it is "$20 and up". But I dont find anything like this on the website. And I ask him to show me where on the website it says such. ANTHONY says its because of my "kind of bangs". I again ask why he charged me $25. I could see his frustration building. ANTHONY shouted at me in front of all the customers, threw a $5 bill at me saying "I got no time for this" and walked off. So, at this salon, service is incompetent, they will over charge you sneakily, and if you confront them, you may get the money back but the money may just get thrown back at you.
