1 /5 Aanchal Dalmia: ANTHONY was unprofessional, fraud, and a bully. I went in for a bang trim with JAY. I have been a regular customer at the salon but this has been the worst service. The service was incompetent. JAY could not understand English, and was not able to cut my bangs as I had desired. They were cut too short and looked uneven. He spent over 30 mins trying to fix the hair but to no avail. On checkout, ANTHONY comes, and asks for $25 for bang trim. I make the payment. But when I say that on website it says $20, he says it is "$20 and up". But I dont find anything like this on the website. And I ask him to show me where on the website it says such. ANTHONY says its because of my "kind of bangs". I again ask why he charged me $25. I could see his frustration building. ANTHONY shouted at me in front of all the customers, threw a $5 bill at me saying "I got no time for this" and walked off. So, at this salon, service is incompetent, they will over charge you sneakily, and if you confront them, you may get the money back but the money may just get thrown back at you.

5 /5 Nigora Barry: Anthony is the best hairstylist Ive ever had! Hands down the best in the area.. dont go anywhere else, however I may not be doing myself a favor by saying this hopefully I will still be able to get an appointment after writing this So Ive known him for at least 7 years, and have been seeing him this whole time. He doesnt disappoint, listens to your requests carefully and delivers always on point. Only he can cut my straight hair with accuracy and the style I want. Ive tried many stylists, trust me on this. When it comes to coloring, I love getting baby lights from him. If you want something that will damage your hair, he will straight up let you know and will advise to do something better for you based on your situation. He saved my hair from great damages from another stylist, for which I am grateful to him. The salon moved to a new location recently, and the vibe is more modern, light and has great restaurants nearby. Not to mention the parking lot right across the street has EV charging. That was a double win for me! Call this place and make an appointment, you wont regret!

Im not a person of change but I wanted to get a shorter haircut with very subtle highlights. He gave me a fresh haircut that suits my face shape and the highlights were exactly what I was looking for. Anthony is very knowledge with the latest trend. He travels all over the world to learn the latest colors and techniques. The staff at this salon is super friendly and welcoming. They only use all high end quality products. Come see for yourself!

Sean Chen: I have been to this place for a few years. Last year, I came here again and realized my old hairdresser is gone and not sure how the new hairdresser will do to my hair. It turns out she is really experienced and even better than the previous one. I am not young anymore and have grown grey hair over the years. The hairdresser Mimi has done a great job on make the best of it. The price is not that expensive, so I really recommend Mimi and this place.

Josie Diep: Im in my BIG HAIR ERA thanks to Cheryl. Ive always been curious about hair extensions and I booked a consultation with Cheryl to learn more about hair extensions and to see if its the right fit for me. I met with Cheryl for a 30 min consultation at her salon in Sunnyvale. Her salon was located in Salon Republic (between Target and Whole Foods) with plenty of parking nearby. During the consultation, Cheryl was very informative about the hair extensions and walked me through the installation process as well as how to care for the hair extensions after. My hair is black, long, and straight (due to Japanese hair straightening) and I wanted to do something different with hair extensions. We decided on adding hair extensions for volume and length and layered in colored hair extensions (pink and purple) for a pop of color. I booked an appointment for hair extension installation the following week. The hair extension installation was a breeze. It took a few hours for the installation but it went by quick. I love the end result! Cheryl curled my hair (which is now super easy to curl due to the hair extensions) giving it soft beachy waves and it looks great. Ive never been able to curl my hair before so now being able to made me feel very beautiful. I also love the colored hair extensions, Cheryl did an amazing job layering both colors (pink and purple). Before parting with Cheryl, she gave me a goodie bag with hair detangle spray, towel wrap, silk hair tie, and hair brush specifically for hair extensions - everything I need to take care of my new hair. Since getting the hair extensions, I got many compliments from friends, family, and strangers. If youre looking for a drastic change in your hair style, I recommend seeing Cheryl for hair extensions and book a consultation to see if its right for you.

I have been to other salons during that time- sometimes paying 2x, or even 3x as much and I have always returned to Wendy because I believe that her hair cuts are the best. I am low maintenance with my hair, as I dont really know how to style my hair, and her hair cuts always grow out the best. She is very reasonably priced for the quality of haircuts she provides. I highly recommend Wendy for haircuts!
