She did a very good job and I still like my haircut. It’s very easy for me to style my hair at home. The price was also reasonable. I recommend Jennifer as a haircut professional.

Anisa Rangwala We absolutely love Kimmy! My daughter and I see her for haircut, blow drying and hair styling for special occasions like weddings and homecomings, and she works magic every time. What sets Kimmy apart is not just her talent but her dedication to making clients happy. If ever we wanted a tweak, she happily redid the style until it was perfect. Kimmy listens, suggests, and makes you feel like a million bucks. The salons vibe is welcoming, thanks to her friendly and professional touch. Mathew Rintu Upon relocating from Houston, I sought a salon for highlights and discovered this establishment via Google reviews. Initially uncertain, I booked an appointment, unsure if it would meet my needs. Kimmy pleasantly surprised me with her skill, successfully tackling the challenge of highlighting my thick, black hair—typically daunting task for a stylists first attempt. Her understanding of clients needs and attention to hair texture impressed me.

Sarah Wallace I just had the most amazing experience with Kimmy! I came in with a pretty specific request and she completely nailed it!

Serena Coelho My hair is ruined after Keratin with Kimmy.. she wont reveal what products she used! I asked her for hair smoothening using Keratin. She did a wash, a blow dry and applied two different creams. I could not tell what she mixed because she went inside into a room and came out with the products. She washed my hair and blow dried it. It was very stiff. When I asked her about it, she told me that it takes time and not to wash the hair at all for 5 days. Something seemed wrong. I went the next day, My hair was very dry and breaking. She said that I needed to wait for 5 days because the product is still working. After 5 days, I washed my hair and lots of hair clumps started to fall.. I went to another salon for help and they asked me to find out what she used to they can understand better how to reverse it. So thats when he tone changed when I asked her what product she used. First she said she cannot disclose, then she sent me a googled up picture. To this day, she isnt disclosing what she really used and asking me to sue her to find out. My hair is absolutely dry and more of it is breaking constantly. She is refusing to return my money. I went to her salon and asked to meet her and she is hiding in her room refusing to come out. This is very suspicious. She is not returning my money. She is not telling me what she put in the hair. I dont know how she has damaged my hair. Im just looking to get it fixed. It feels like she has put a product in my hair that I cannot now figure out how to reverse. And to top it all when I went to check her license - it has expired!

Joy Yun Cherry is amazing, and I really wanted to come on here and emphasize how much care she put into my hair. I went in for a digital perm at 3pm that ended up taking longer than expected. Even though the salon closed at 6, she stayed late and didnt rush through any of the steps to ensure the perm came out nicely (and it did!). She was clearly very skilled in what she was doing, and I really trusted her opinion on what would look best. On top of that, during my time there, I saw several people come in and leave with, what I thought, were beautiful haircuts specific to them! This is all to say that, although they are more expensive than some other places, I think the stylists here have a really good eye and also care a lot about their customers. Definitely recommend this salon!

Hannah Absolutely 0 stars if I could. I called to make an appt and told the receptionist my hair length and she said it would be $100. When I showed up, the lady who cut my hair said my hair was long and thick so she’d charge me $140. So unprofessional! She then agreed on $120 which I was still pissed about. My go to in La Jolla charges $80 and I walk out feeling amazing. Now the worst part- she butchered my hair. I kept telling her to blend the layers- because it was so damn choppy- but she kept just misunderstanding and cutting shorter and shorter. I had to use Google translate about 10 times but she didn’t try to understand. This was the most stressful experience. Now if she actually cut my hair right it would be worth it. But SO awful. $140 for the shoddiest hair cut ever. Daylight robbery

Phil Yu My sons and I drive 45 mins to get our haircut here. Jessica and Yuri cut hair with the best of them in Seoul. The owner and all the staff are super friendly and great with kids. I’ve seen them do all sorts of hair styles for women just like the super high end salons in Korea. My older son even got a shadow perm today by Cherry and he loves it. Highly recommend this salon for all hairstyles and ages.

Komaldeep sandhu I visited Kashi salon for the first time and was beyond impressed! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is highly skilled, and they really listen to what you want. Shachee shah Pooja did my haircut and I was super happy with the outcome. They were very accommodating, took my appointment the same day. The package includes hair wash, cut and blow dry, so you could just walk in there. She suggested me the perfect haircut that suits my face. Definitely recommend trying them out for your next haircut!

Kim Malla Such a horrible place to go. He messed up with my haircut and didn’t blow dry my hair too. He was smelling smoke . He didn’t wash his hand too. The hair cut apron which he put on me was smelling too. While i said all these he was so impolite and told me never to come to his salon . Such an unprofessional person .

Anjali Prakash I had an absolutely amazing haircut by Linda today! I walked in without making an appointment and they were able to make time for me after a small wait. Linda started off the haircut with a nice shampoo and scalp massage. She then went on to give me exactly what I showed her I wanted for my haircut - a soft u-shape haircut with face framing bangs. She took her time to give me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend visiting this salon if you’re thinking about it!

Simge Girgin Ivan gave me a wonderful haircut and highlights at Sunny Salon! This was my first time at the salon, and I was initially concerned about effectively communicating the style I wanted, especially since my hair is thick, dense, and frizzy. Ivan took the time to carefully examine my hair, review the photos I provided, and cut my hair in several steps. The result exceeded my expectations, even better than the photos I had shown him. For the highlights, I asked for a natural blend with my previous highlights, and Ivan did an exceptional job. I’m thrilled with his diligent work and the beautiful outcome. In terms of cost, I believe Sunny Salon offers better service at a similar price point compared to other salons in the Bay Area. I highly recommend Ivan and will definitely return!

Lucia W. Got a perm wave and haircut with Sophie. The results are stunning - best perm I’ve ever had. I showed her a photo of a curly hairstyle I liked and she replicated the results. The total came out to $350 (not including tip). I have very straight, difficult to perm, below shoulder length hair and I wanted medium tight curls. It was a lot of work for Sophie! I loved that she was very meticulous. My new hairdresser

Kyre Been over a week since I visited, but I have very straight asian hair and have wanted a men’s wavy perm and sophie recommended the type of perm I should get, she was able to achieve the provided reference photos I showed ^^, its been 7 days already and did not encounter any problems with my perm and still looks good today! I also got advice from sophie on styling it, Very nice customer service as well, Thank you so much !! Definitely recommend for others :) !!

Divya Sethi I had my Brazilian wax done today by Lynn. Shes the sweetest soul. Im not gonna lie, Brazilian waxes are painful but her technique of removing the hair with minimal pain was just mind blowing. Shes so informative and knows whats shes doing. She even pulled out the tiny hair which left the whole area very clean. Im very impressed. Definetely going back to her for all future Brazilian wax.

M Had an excellent experience getting highlights and style by Roya. She is very attentive and caring about preserving the health of the hair. I received valuable haircare advice and came out looking like a star. Highly recommend!

Rachel Elliott Riba is the best! She has cut my hair and given me great advice on how to care for it for years. My hair has been naturally straight, wavy, and curly in the span of 10 years and she helps me make sure it always looks good. From product recommendations to new cuts to routine tips, she takes great care of me and my hair. I first found out about this salon when my grandma got her hair cut here and recommended it. Ever since, I only get my hair done at Savoir Faire. The 40 minute drive from where I live is always worth it. Riba does great work with every texture and length of hair, all three generations of the ladies in my family love her! She curls my hair in such a beautiful way and I always leave the salon feeling pretty :)

Jacqueline Selfridge Azita is absolutely amazing! Ive been trying to find a new salon to try in the area and Im so happy with my experience at this one. I came in with an idea and picture of how I wanted my hair and Azita figured out how to make it happen for me. She really listened to me about what I wanted done which has not always been my experience in the past. I will definitely be coming back!

Abhishek Aggarwal Went for hair cut and color for myself and haircut for kids. Found the quality of work sub-standard, still some white left in the front, and color spill over on the forehead. Also they dont seem to have much experience with kids and I wish theyd said no to doing a kids haircut. The stylist was quite impatient with my kid and was extremely bothered by even slight movement. At one point she made him stand for his haircut!!!

Samson Solomon Hair cut was okay. I was more turned off by the fact she charged me more for curly hair. I wasn’t charged before for this when I came to her and now she added that. My hair was well maintained and didn’t cost her more time to cut than straight hair. This is hair discrimination and the fact that she said she could cut herself and was more labor intensive that’s why she is charging more is a bunch of crap. If you don’t know how to cut curly hair or don’t want to then just say it and I’ll go somewhere else. She said she could’ve also charged more for the couple sprays of hair product she put on at the end, which was another rude, unsolicited comment and very unprofessional. I will not be coming back here, the hair cut is already over $100 and the fact she is doing this is just cheap and not professional at all.

Kevin Mustelier I got the VIP package (haircut, styling, facial, face/head/shoulder/neck massage, manicure, pedicure) a few weeks ago and it was an amazing experience. I was really busy and stressed out about work, and this was an incredibly relaxing experience. Hang does amazing work! Its a single chair in a room which is cleaned between clients for covid safety. I had a picture of a celebritys hair and Hang not only cut and tamed my hair into that style, but also asked me if she could slightly modify the hairstyle to suit my face shape(!), which was a great attention to detail. My family said I looked five years younger afterwards, and my confidence has gone up because Im so happy with the results. I strongly recommend choosing Aura, and I will be returning.

Phil Dubach First visit. Premium haircut with Hang, who is talented, friendly, gentle and really cares about getting everything just right. A very positive experience all around and Im happy with the new style.

Ashish Dharamshi Fantastic service at a more affordable cost. Plus the owner is very flexible when it comes to appointments. I needed to get my beard groomed before taking off for vacation. No appointments were available during the weekend. Hang came in an hour early to fit me in and did a fantastic job. I did not feel hurried or rushed at any point even though my appointment definitely threw her schedule off a bit. Overall she did an amazing job. My wife really liked the final look.

Willis Wong This is my first time here, and one of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had. As an Asian man, I’ve found it difficult to find barbers that felt confident in giving me a haircut that suits my hair type and face, but I definitely found it here! The owner of the salon was so incredibly thorough, and took a lot of time just to plan her approach to giving me what I wanted. She clearly is an artist at heart, and so detail oriented. She went 30 minutes over my appointment just to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a quick haircut, this isn’t the place. But, if you’re willing to spend a little (reasonably) more to get a high quality haircut, I couldn’t recommend this place any more. It’s been about 2 weeks now and I can confidently say my hair has never looked or felt better. I’m sadly from out of town, but if I were from the Bay I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair. Prasiddha Halder I had a fabulous experience working with Mishal and her team for my wedding! Mishal was so friendly, and the amount of time you have to spend time with HMUA - she was the exact vibes I wanted. She was calm, easy to work with, and she did a fantastic job for each of my looks. I booked Mishal for my Mehendi, Wedding and Reception and each look for both hair and makeup was done beautifully. Mishal was on time and was fast with her work - which was honestly a blessing. I looked great each and every time. Mishal also owns a beauty/hair salon and I got my eyebrows done with her as well as a facial. She was amazing as a bride and I can’t wait to go back to her for her other services!!

Aanchal Dalmia ANTHONY was unprofessional, fraud, and a bully. I went in for a bang trim with JAY. I have been a regular customer at the salon but this has been the worst service. The service was incompetent. JAY could not understand English, and was not able to cut my bangs as I had desired. They were cut too short and looked uneven. He spent over 30 mins trying to fix the hair but to no avail. On checkout, ANTHONY comes, and asks for $25 for bang trim. I make the payment. But when I say that on website it says $20, he says it is "$20 and up". But I dont find anything like this on the website. And I ask him to show me where on the website it says such. ANTHONY says its because of my "kind of bangs". I again ask why he charged me $25. I could see his frustration building. ANTHONY shouted at me in front of all the customers, threw a $5 bill at me saying "I got no time for this" and walked off. So, at this salon, service is incompetent, they will over charge you sneakily, and if you confront them, you may get the money back but the money may just get thrown back at you.

Nigora Barry Anthony is the best hairstylist Ive ever had! Hands down the best in the area.. dont go anywhere else, however I may not be doing myself a favor by saying this hopefully I will still be able to get an appointment after writing this So Ive known him for at least 7 years, and have been seeing him this whole time. He doesnt disappoint, listens to your requests carefully and delivers always on point. Only he can cut my straight hair with accuracy and the style I want. Ive tried many stylists, trust me on this. When it comes to coloring, I love getting baby lights from him. If you want something that will damage your hair, he will straight up let you know and will advise to do something better for you based on your situation. He saved my hair from great damages from another stylist, for which I am grateful to him. The salon moved to a new location recently, and the vibe is more modern, light and has great restaurants nearby. Not to mention the parking lot right across the street has EV charging. That was a double win for me! Call this place and make an appointment, you wont regret!

Darlene Fraher Anthony is incredibly talented, he listened attentively and gave me the perfect results. Im not a person of change but I wanted to get a shorter haircut with very subtle highlights. He gave me a fresh haircut that suits my face shape and the highlights were exactly what I was looking for. Anthony is very knowledge with the latest trend. He travels all over the world to learn the latest colors and techniques. The staff at this salon is super friendly and welcoming. They only use all high end quality products. Come see for yourself!

Kieu Pham Wendy has cut my hair since 2017. I have been to other salons during that time- sometimes paying 2x, or even 3x as much and I have always returned to Wendy because I believe that her hair cuts are the best. I am low maintenance with my hair, as I dont really know how to style my hair, and her hair cuts always grow out the best. She is very reasonably priced for the quality of haircuts she provides. I highly recommend Wendy for haircuts!

Dad and Mom I’ve been coming to Wendy for over 10 years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Every visit is a great experience, from the friendly atmosphere to the expert care she gives. Whether it’s a simple trim or a complete style overhaul, I always leave feeling amazing. cintia cortez On November 2, 2024, I called Evoke to schedule an appointment since I was near Sunnyvale. Initially, I booked an appointment for 1:00 PM but later rescheduled for 2:00 PM. They were very flexible and accommodating. I found Evoke to be the best hair salon for coloring and caring for my hair. Even if I have to drive from far away, I will still go there because the environment is friendly and positive. My experience at Evoke was great; unlike other beauty salons, this one was filled with laughter and joy, making it feel like a family. They treated my whole family wonderfully, and my daughter even remarked that she found a new "mama" there. I absolutely love my new haircut and hair color with highlights!

Deepali Bhargava My goto place for fabulous haircut. Victor is great and knows the craft. He understands the face shape and recommends the length and front hair styling. Totally recommend if you want a good haircut, completely trendy style

sridevi srinivasan I booked an appointment for balyage and root touchup. Victor helped me. This guy barely even took 2 mins to look at the sample photo I showed and was too impatient to discuss options with me and straight away mixed the color and applied it. I wanted a bleach free and ammonia free process. But nope, did not get his attention or time enough to tell this. I kept complaining the colors are burning and have a very strong stench that he did not even bother to address. I guess I can’t even expect now for him to explain cost associated with my hair color choices. I went at 2 PM and by 3.30 PM my hair coloring was done and washed and hair trim was done too all while he was constantly on a call barely answering my questions. Time for billing - randomly he added 50$ stating bleach free colors cost extra money which he never bothered to explain or check with me before going ahead For the $$$ definitely wish there was better quality of service

Emily Wooten Can confidently say I’ve never had a worse haircut. First, I was told at least five times by multiple employees how dead my hair is. At time number 4, I became self conscious. Second, the haircut was not even close to what I asked for. We decided on 2 inches off and when I looked down, at least 4 inches had been cut off. Mind you my hair was close to my belly button, now it sits at breast length. When I mentioned this to my stylist, she argued when me about how much had been cut off. I also asked for curtain bangs, at best I got face framing pieces that are longer than my face. Not bangs. Lastly, my hair was pulled (some pieces pulled out by brushes, her rings and watch, or styling tools) multiple times. You shouldn’t have to be in pain to get your hair done. I cried when I left and will not be back again.

Sreenath Kalahasti Rosa is an amazing hairdresser. She understands my needs perfectly everytime and gives me a fabulous hair cut. The only hairdresser I have been going to since the last 5 years!

Sabrina Khan I came here for getting my legs and arms waxed. First of all the lady was very slow but I still thought she would be looking into every detail thats why taking time. The cost looked really pricey being $155 for arms, legs, underarms. At the end of her job, I spotted out many patches in my arms and legs which were left unwaxed which she was able to correct but then some were still left and since I was running late I let it to be and rushed to pay. At that moment I was told that they only accept cash. I mean who does that? You should notify prior to service or it should be displayed big and clear. I managed to get some cash out for payment from the bank opposite. So although the lady herself was sweet but all this wasnt a good experience for me.

AlMan Co10 Costumer service is great and I am giving them 5 stars based on that, however the salon could use some TLC. There is accumulated dust in some areas, finger/hand prints,etc. Otherwise Maria, Rosa and Patty are awesome.

Nichole Ream I went in to get my hair trimmed today and the hair stylist butchered my hair. It looks like a hack job. I asked her to cut the minimal amount and she just kept cutting and cutting. The whole time she was doing that she was telling me I should be dating. I told her I was fine being single but she kept insisting it just wasn’t the right hair. Why do some hairdressers think it is okay to tell other women how to live their lives? Bad hair cut and bad conversation. I regret going there.

E I only get my haircuts at Tracy Beauty now. I used to go to Mountain View to trendier, more expensive salons, and the results there were much worse than what Tracys magical hands can do. Tracy is so friendly and very experienced. Based on your hair type and lifestyle, she can design the right cut for you. Thank you, Tracy! You are incredible!

Farrah Taher I’d been here for a trim before and they did a wonderful job! Came back months later for a long to pixie makeover and Tracy got it on point! I was really nervous but she was so kind, professional, patient and highly skilled.

xllm3llx I have never heard of a Japanese "ghetto" hair stylist... but this is pretty close. now look here people ; She overcharges, by doing work you dont want done even if you ask. Then fakes a stronger accent as if she cant speak English. You go in expecting to pay no more than $100 and walk out paying over $200. To me, she does not seem honest and she seems know it. her work suffers for it as well. She looks well aware she is ripping you off. Its all an act!

Lina Kwon Chanel was very sweet & friendly and I love how my hair turned out! I showed her a photo of the haircut and color I wanted and she did an amazing job with both haircut and coloring. The price was very reasonable and relatively cheap compared to other Korean salons in Sunnyvale. 10/10 would recommend and will visit again!

parya khoshroo This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to! Quyen, the lady who works there, is absolutely horrible. I told her over and over that I have sensitive skin around my eyebrows and did NOT want them thin. I specifically said multiple times to keep my feathered brow line intact, but she didn’t listen at all. She waxed everything off and made my eyebrows as thin as possible. She completely ruined my eyebrows! She left scars under my eyes. The whole area is swollen, painful, and looks terrible. I felt like crying when I saw what she had done. The nails were just as bad. She did such a sloppy job that it looked like I did it myself at home with a UV lamp. This place is a complete disaster. They don’t listen, they don’t care, and they do a horrible job. Avoid this place at all costs! I have updated the pictures even after two days the scars are getting worse and worse….

Avisek Naug LoAn is an excellent hair stylist. I have been getting my hair done at this place for the last 3 years, and she does her job so well. I only told her once about my preferred hair cut, and she remembers and styles neatly. Also, the prices are very affordable compared to similar places around the Bay Area.

Linh Ly LoAns is a hidden gem of a stylist. I admit, that I put off writing this review because I have gatekeeping. But this week has been over 2 years that Ive gone to Loan for my pixie cut. Anyone can do hair coloring and long hairstyles, but not everyone can do a great looking short haircut. During Covid, I grew out my hair and had it cut to donate it. I tried several stylists to get the right look for my facial features. Then I found LoAns because Its close to home. The first time, I explained to Loan my style and how I want something thats easy to take care of and professional looking. She listened to me and also offered some suggestions. I have a flat back of my head, but she cuts it in a way that gives me extra body. Loan does her magic! Now I am committed to Loan because she does such a great job! I always get compliments on my cut and how it fits me. And she is flexible and accommodating when I call day of, willing to fit me in whenever possible. I see her male clients and they look great as well. Hope she gets her calendar filled and more people hear about her.

Tanya Pekker Loan has been my hairdresser for years. I have curly hair and not everyone can handle it right. Loan is the best!! I would strongly recommend her.
