Be here at 5:20. I show up at five. And at 5:40!!! Tells me she doesn’t have time today. I COULD HAVE GOUNS A PLACE HAD I NIT VEEN TOLD TO WAIT AND COME THERE. AND CASUALLY TELLS ME LIKE SHE DISNT INCONVENIENCE MY WHOLE DAY. Not to mention my plans as to why I needed my hair done that day. When I walked in no one acknowledged us!!! She could have acknowledged me and she would have not made me sit for so long just to turn me away. Horrible horrible horrible service

Sara G: Ive been coming here off and on for the 10 years Ive lived in Concord. Im a woman but Im not a girly girl. I am not super particular about haircuts, So much so that Im willing to brave a Super Cuts or Great Clips if Im in desperate need of a haircut. I have gotten the best haircuts of my life and the WORST haircuts of my life in these places. Its really not worth rolling the dice. Premier Cuts will always give you a good haircut. Be prepared for when you walk in, theyll tell you to come back in x amount of time. I just walked in with longer than shoulder length hair asking for a lob (that is still long enough to get into a ponytail) and that woman delivered! I feel like I lost 10 lb of hair which is exactly what I wanted. Womans haircut is $30 now. I have fine wavy hair. I do not know how they do with curly hair here.
