I had gone to her once before (when Blades was open) and I was very happy to have her cut my hair back then. She listens and understands well what I was asking for. At that time I wanted a little length taken off, but I was nervous based on previous experiences with others, but she knew what she was doing.
This time I went to her and had a general idea of what I wanted and I have to say that Kaylee is amazing with a pair of scissors. She knows exactly what do to with curly/wavy hair and how to cut it so that it looks the way you want it to after.
I HIGHLY recommend Kaylee for anyone with any texture in their hair, or have had a bad experience previously with other people that dont listen well or understand what to do with hair that has any texture/curl to it.
