I originally made the mistake of getting my lashes done elsewhere, where I was overcharged for lashes that were going every which way, falling out and poking me in the eyes immediately after leaving my appointment. When I brought this to the attention of the chick who originally did my lashes she did not offer to help, or even respond. I found Lan the next day and luckily she was able to help!
I called Lan on the verge of tears knowing I either had to have them fixed or removed in a hurry before my wedding and I had very little time. She responded immediately and took me in as soon as possible once I got off work.
Lan was able to remove the bad lashes and salvage what she could. My lashes came out looking just how I was hoping. I am definitely going to return and cannot thank her enough for saving the day! Highly recommended!
