Razciel campos: #Be careful about keratin treatment, they sell as a keratin treatment; however they dont make that one. I went for shine to my hair because i know what is the result of kerantin. However after the procedure my hair was the same dull and without shine and with frizz . they just try to sell their shampoo and conditioner. Badddd.
Steph Bola: She fit me in last minute but it was a huge mistake. I came in for an ends trim and when I sat in the chair she showed me the amount of hair she was going to be cutting which was only an inch to cut the split ends only. But she completely chopped almost 4 inches off my hair I told her specifically I don’t want a hair cut just an ends trim. Almost like it was done on purpose now my hair is so short with the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I was able to get my money back but it doesn’t take the fact that she ruined my hair. I had made a lash appointment with her but I ended canceling I’m really just upset.
