5 /5 Krystal Nguyễn: Thao really made me feel like she cares about it my hair, my routine, and my goals. She asked questions and for old pics of how I liked my hair previously. I’d never had a hairstylist ask me about my hair before so it was such a pleasant surprise. She was also upfront about what she thought would work for my face shape and hair so I respected that a lot. I brought a book to read but I didn’t need it at all. Thao was fun to converse with and the time passed quickly! I have straight black hair and came in for a textured lob and balayage. I also wanted someone who would understand Asian hair. Super happy with the results! Thanks Thao!

I wanted something low maintenance but not too subtle, and Thao gave fantastic advice about the balayage coloring, was up front about the price and time required, worked incredibly quickly, and was a pleasure to chat with the whole time.
