1 /5 Andrew Baesen: DR. BAUSCH fit me for a Dr. What I cant do is a rude office staff. Everytime I called I was treated like I dont know what Im talking about. I called for a medical note and was told im wrong you dont know what your talking about. Ended up I was right. Got my note for work. We called to pay a bill and was told we didnt dail the extention on my bill. Explained there is no extention on my bill. The didnt care They than told my wife she must not know what billing is like....My wifes a medical biller lol. We couldnt pay over the phone without some extention. They couldnt provide. Dr. Was great his staff is rude and and condescending. Wont go back due to office staff only.

5 /5 Tracy Jors: Dr. Basch and his staff would get a 10 star rating from me if I could give that rating to him and the staff. Dr. Basch is a great Doctor. He has helped me through some medical issues that have changed my life! He has always been able to make me feel positive and informed about my health. I am glad that he is my Doctor. The staff there is caring and very helpful, when I have a question and need to call the office. They take time to get me an answer and call me back if they need to. Appointments are easy to setup and not booked way out. The wait time that I have recieved at the office is minimal as well as the wait time for Dr. Basch to enter the room. I have referred several people to him and will do that whenever I can. Once again I am glad Dr. Basch is my Doctor! Thank you Dr. Basch and Staff...

1 /5 Jaleh M: The worst staff ever, they should not be working in a medical field, I have seen front office girl place patients on hold to finish her paperwork or wonders around the office. if you need anything from prescriptions to X-rays and lab work, takes minimum of 2-3 calls in order for them to get it right and send it through, absolutely the most incompetent staff, also rude and very disrespectful at times and they talk back to you . I don’t think dr. Basch knows how his staff works and how they are hurting his business. I am not going back there anymore, I don’t have the time or energy, Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere

5 /5 Luz Cortes: Every time I visit the office staff is very polite and so courteous to me. The wait time is below average which is great. Dr. Basch himself takes the time to actually find out what is wrong and he cares and asks appropriate questions. I recommend this Dr office.

The wait time is below average which is great, they do their best to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion. Dr. Basch himself takes the time to actually find out what is wrong and he cares and asks appropriate questions. He is a definitely a rare find.

SB: I had one appointment with Dr. Carla Soler, and while I found her to be a great doctor, the office management is a nightmare. Their phone system has been down for months. I needed a prescription updated with the pharmacy, and despite multiple attempts from the pharmacy to contact them, I kept getting a message that their system was down and to come into the office for any concerns. Frustrated, I went to the office only to find out they had moved locations. I then had to go to the new office to request the prescription update. Despite this, the prescription was still not sent, and I had to make another trip. I dont live close, so this was a major inconvenience. While my situation wasnt life-threatening, I worry about older patients who may live alone and rely on timely medication. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. When I complained in the office, they showed no concern at all. Needless to say, I have changed my primary care provider.

I’ve seen a handful of cardiologist in the Temecula Valley over the 18 years I’ve lived here and after one appointment I think he is a keeper.

Janine Love: I totally agree with the other review. I have been to many doctor practices in my life, and this practice is run like a bad auto shop. I got in to see this doctor after waiting quite a bit and having xrays done. Saw him in his office, not an exam room, and he had obviously just had lunch with food stains on his sweater. I waited over an hour just to get my prescription from them, and was shuffled out of there after. After having my MRI completed, was brought back in and told my Dr Ahmeds Associate that I would need yet another MRI w/contrast as this one showed some unexplainable things. They would "Call" in my prescription refills, which never happened, and you could never get anyone on the phone to make that happen again. Knowing that they deal mostly with workmen comp situations, the office just felt very "Shady" to me, and I will never go back there. Horrible, Horrible Experience.

Bharat: I recently visited Dr. David Chao, MD, at 27699 Jefferson Ave Suite 201, Temecula, CA. While he was pleasant to talk to, the appointment felt like a one-way conversation. He seemed uninterested in addressing additional concerns and had already made up his mind about the course of action. After briefly checking in, he mentioned an on-premises ultrasound and then said an MRI was needed before disappearing from the room. We waited for a long time, only to find out he had gone to lunch without informing us of the next steps. The staff eventually explained that Dr. Chao would decide on the next steps after the MRI results, but none of our other concerns were addressed. We were left without any information, and I was very unhappy with the experience. Despite this, he will charge the full amount to the insurance. I cant understand how he has good reviews on Google; they might be fake. I would not recommend visiting Dr. Chao.

Every single one of the staff took the time to treat me like a human, patient or family member. The NP Evelyn spoke with me as if I were a friend and made me feel more comfortable than Ive ever felt speaking about medical concerns. The office is clean and organized, the staff is extremely friendly, efficient and funny. This is how a Dr office and visit SHOULD be. Im so thrilled to have found a new home for my medical care.
