Star nail - San Bernardino (CA)

1 /5 Sarah Conway: 10 minutes after appointment time for my sister and I and this is what it looked like. They told us they were busy and they asked us to wait a half hour. They took my phone number when we set up the appointment! They could have called to let us know. The gas prices around here are over $4.25 were not going to drive back and forth. And we had plans anyway. Their altar is stocked with offerings to their gods for Lunar New Year... but its clear they arent actually worshipping their gods in earnest and theyre putting out offerings with only themselves in mind. Their gods are not happy with them!!!

1 /5 Johnesha Marvin: If I can get the 0 stars I would. I dont know what it is about these nail shops nowadays, but customer service is lacking. I received attitude and passive aggressiveness while she handled my nails. I dont even know these people and I was met with an attitude. All I wanted was a simple set and pedi after a long day of work. I dont want to say that its racially motivated but nowadays Im starting to see it as so. Plus, overcharging for a simple set and a pedicure is crazy. I really see why people switch up and start using press-ons instead.

1 /5 Courtney: DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!! Made an appointment for a full set for me and a pedicure for my sister. When we got there people were already waiting while they were still working on others. When they asked what we needed I said we had an appointment. She said it would be just a few minutes. We looked at the nail art and colors for a little then they took someone else. When I asked how long it would be she responded it would be just a few moments. Sorry she’s behind. I replied that I had already been waiting a few moments, so how long is it actually going to be considering she just took someone else. She said it would be 30 minutes and that I should come back. I responded that I should’ve been called and told they were behind and they couldn’t take me at my appointed time. She said she’s behind again and I told her again that she could’ve called. She did have my number and she could’ve let me know that she was behind. I would’ve been OK with that. But I drove all the way down there to be told basically your appointment didn’t matter and your time didn’t matter. That’s not OK. It would’ve taken two seconds to call the customer that made an appointment to say they couldn’t take them at that time. There was just excuse after excuse, and my time didn’t matter. Only their time mattered. I will never go back. I do not recommend this place because if they cared about their customers, then all they would have to do is to treat them nicely. Also the vibe in here was gross because only children make excuses for not communicating with people.

1 /5 Bedilia Perez: They girls here are not licensed did a very poor job, no one was here. And they stated they were busy. Didnt clean nails rightand charge you more for no reason, They talk amongs each other and dont listen to what was asked, talked in their language and laughed. Poor customer service. They charge you for not completing the job properly. They are dirty and not sanitized. Ill be sending health services & consumer affairs to them!
