5 /5 Landon Harlan: Whole process was less than 15 minutes. Saw mixed reviews between the two businesses and there was no issue. Bob was quick, clear, and helped with multiple copies of docs as the car was purchased out of state. Also got to hang out with this beautiful blondie named Carmen while I waited.

5 /5 SIERRA SOLETA: I needed a smog test, same day, and was about 45 minutes away, no appointment and he got me in! The appointment before me was a no show, so I was in early and done in a flash! Passed the test, paid 75 bucks and that was that! It sends it to DMV electronically, so since it was already 430pm, I just made an appointment for the next day. Love these guys!!

1 /5 ericaroselia: Want fair, unbiased, and ethical service? Go elsewhere. Awful, rude, and selective on who they provide service to. We dont have many smog places in the area so we gave this place a try. Read the reviews after because of what a bad experience it was. Sketchy that they have a perfect 5 stars under the name "Sierra Alternators and Starters" when this place is the same location as "Tahoe Test and Tune" - which has Google and Yelp reviews with many more similar negative experiences with this place. From past experiences, places that have that many 5 star reviews and nothing in between seem to be manipulating review services to only have perfect reviews and in reality are ethically questionable (especially when your other business name has far more negative reviews and people being scammed).
