5 /5 Crystal Ortega: What a great experience…I was visiting Placerville when my low coolant light came on in my Jaguar. This company answered their phone and got me in and my car fixed up within one hour of my phone call….They even checked my tires before they sent me back out on the road. I cannot thank them enough. I made it home safe and sound. 10 out of 10 experience.

5 /5 demetriosv1008: My BMW x4 m4 was not recharging because of an old loose fan belt. Because I was away from home I called German Werks cause I was in that area and they took me in right away and fixed the original problem plus more work. Bryan, who purchased German Werks less than two years ago gave me a ride to the car rental agency. In that ride, Brian told me of his mechanical résumé, which was quite impressiveso I completely trust him.I highly recommend German Werks.

5 /5 Fred Sanford: These guys are great. When i first got a Mercedes I was worried about when it came time to fix things that were out of my league, so it was a major relief to find this spot. I knew right from my initial conversation on the phone with Drew that they were honest, and I was surprised that he said theyd let me know the parts and procedures for fixing the issues myself if I wanted. Most places arent cool like that. I opted to have them do the work, and it was very reasonably priced. I feel much safer owning this car now, and its appreciated because I really like it. I feel like its less of a liability and out of my reach to own and repair as someone who isnt wealthy. I definitely recommend this spot.

5 /5 R TC: Best shop in town for all European cars. I go here for my oil changes for the past 3 years and they do a fantastic job. No price gouging just great honest workmanship and expertise. I don’t trust anywhere else. Jaime is great and will take care of you. You all rock!
