1 /5 Paul Collinsworth: After 1 month I gave them so Ted Jr could take all the time he wants to get everything done.... no rf blinker, cheap electrical work and my heater box blowing out about a cup of old debris every time I run it. All that cheap electrical work cost me $4000.00 and definitely didnt do everything I asked and was referred to Ted Sr by another mechanic in town. And the kicker is that we all know mutual locals and was made to feel like I was getting a killer deal.... and I got screwed. Live and learn. I only get screwed once and twice if I like it. I didnt like this one. Not to mention that my temperature gauge doesnt work either. $4000.00? Really? I would have ate it and not posted this had I not removed the heater box and emptied out a grocery bag full of old mice and debris like I paid them to do and all the electrical was working. I wouldnt recommend them to replace a fuse because of the screwing they put on me and the substandard work that I got for the price. VERY disappointed. I could have had the engine rebuilt for that price. I should have done the work myself but it would have taken months between the project and my job.

5 /5 Ray Santiago: Getting your transmission fluid flushed and replaced isnt something done often and I chose these folks to do the job. I called to schedule an appointment and Ted answered the phone. He was courteous, very accommodating and took the time to take all my vehicle information to ensure he had the right elements to complete the job. He also gave me a quote and that was the price I paid when all was said and done. I arrived at the appointed time, within a minute, Ted was there to meet me in the parking lot with clipboard in hand, took control and an hour and a half later, the project was done. Everything was according to schedule. I couldnt have had a more pleasant and smooth transaction, from the initial phone call to when I drove off the parking lot. I appreciate that a lot. So drama free! Thanks Ted.

I trust, beyond question, their expertise and opinions. Over the years, their honesty has saved me a significant amount of money from the allegedly reputable big chain tire, brake, battery and auto service companies. This shop is the best!
