1 /5 mona marquez: I would give them a 0 but it’s not an option. I saw a mechanic a tall man pushing the only Mexican man working there. I went back today and was told the Mexican employee was the one who was fired. I saw the entire thing and I just can’t go to a place that displays such racism.

5 /5 Deborah Demander: Great experience! I’m new to California and needed a smog test for my vehicle. Ken got me an appointment at the last minute. When I brought my car in, Debbie was friendly and kind. She walked me through the process in California. Not only was she kind to me, but she had a good word for every person who came through the door. The stafff is efficient, the shop is clean and the price is reasonable. This is my new go to.

1 /5 Rich: I brought my vehicles here for several years for routine maintenance until I finally realized that every time 1-2 weeks later I had to bring it back for an unrelated issue costing $100-400. While talking to Debbie about an unrelated issue on the results of an oil leak test on my daughters car, out of the blue she said "my guys would never do anything to hurt your car". That confirmed my suspicions that her guys WERE doing something to get me back in the shop for thousands on unneeded work. Now I go to Foothill Auto Service on Durock for trustworthy work at a much better price. You should too.

1 /5 Peter Welch: Was treated very poorly here. The mechanic broke my battery terminal and wanted me to pay for the part replacement and for the repair. After I disagreed and reminded him that hes the one who told me he broke it, he berated me & cursed at me in the parking lot in front of other customers. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone I know. There are more reputable and respectful shops in and around Cameron Park. Their estimate was over $4500. I just picked up my vehicle from another shop & it was $3000 less out the door. If you like being price gouged then this is the place for you.

5 /5 Debbie Schlesinger: This is without a doubt the best shop Ive ever been too. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughters car is very old and they take very good care of her. They always make sure she leaves in a safe car. I would highly recommend this shop.
