    John Bronner: Big O Tires in Placerville saved me! I was on my way to Tahoe and blew out a tire on my boat trailer. I pulled off the fwy and didnt even realize there was a Big O Tire off my exit. I went in and explained my delima and that I needed help immediately. They took a look the tire which actually came off the rim! Just a piece of the sidewall was left. They immediately started working on replacing the tire and was able to save the rim which they were able to grind out the damaged areas and install a new tire. I was in and out within an hour. Very reasonable pricing too! Thank you Big O Tires for saving the day and getting me safely back on the road to my vacation in Tahoe? Cheers!

    Karen Sanders: Crystal and Tylor at Crash Champions RV are the absolute best! Even though my trailer is only 10 yrs old, Forest River no longer makes the replacement part I needed. But Crash Champions RV researched and figured it out and did a great job repairing my trailer. They also worked well with my insurance company. And they helped me out with an unrelated problem on the trailer. Working with them was especially a relief after trying to work with the other nearby company, who after a complete lack of communication ended up refusing to do the job. I will go to Crash Champions RV for all of my trailer needs from here on out! And apparently they do much more than just repair “crash and collision” damage!

I called and they were kind enough to answer right away and then allow me to come by immediately and fix the brake issue with my campervan. They were able to get me in and fix it right away. I dont live in the area and was traveling, so this was an incredible stroke of luck to find these nice guys that do great work, and have them fix my issue right away at a totally fair price.

    Martin Martinez: Im a first time customer. I was browsing the internet looking for an auto shop to diagnose an engine light on my 2917 hyundai tucson. I met Dan, one of their tech who was friendly and nice and showed me the way to their office. The office was clean and neat and the staffs (Natalie and Mia) are courteous and very helpful. making me comfortable while waiting for my van to be serviced. Mia fixed me coffee while I was waiting. The price they charge me was pretty decent ( I suppose) My car is back on the road. My overall experience here was pleasant. The only only downside was the extra $15 they charge me for using my credit card. Other than that, everything was great.
