1 /5 Healix Therapy: I have used Steve as my go to mechanic for many years. He has always treated me fairly regardless of our challenges in communication. This time when I dropped my vehicle off I was assured that it would be done two days later. After multiple phone calls, showing up to the shop to discover my vehicle was still not done, and failed promises I had to cut my losses. Upon arriving at the shop I was greeted to Steve yelling that Im a spoiled kid without respect. As a 30 year old young professional these comments were the least professional remarks I have ever heard from a business owner. After TWO WEEKS of having my car he was able to complete half the job shifting the blame to everyone but himself. I was forced to spend hundreds of dollars on a rental car due to Steves disinterest in customer service and his utter disregard for others time. It is very unfortunate when businesses begin to rest on their reputation and disregard customer satisfaction. Unless you have unlimited time and patience beware of this shop!
