Im not gonna lie, Brazilian waxes are painful but her technique of removing the hair with minimal pain was just mind blowing. Shes so informative and knows whats shes doing. She even pulled out the tiny hair which left the whole area very clean. Im very impressed. Definetely going back to her for all future Brazilian wax.

My hair has been naturally straight, wavy, and curly in the span of 10 years and she helps me make sure it always looks good. From product recommendations to new cuts to routine tips, she takes great care of me and my hair. I first found out about this salon when my grandma got her hair cut here and recommended it. Ever since, I only get my hair done at Savoir Faire. The 40 minute drive from where I live is always worth it. Riba does great work with every texture and length of hair, all three generations of the ladies in my family love her! She curls my hair in such a beautiful way and I always leave the salon feeling pretty :)

I came in with an idea and picture of how I wanted my hair and Azita figured out how to make it happen for me. She really listened to me about what I wanted done which has not always been my experience in the past. I will definitely be coming back!

2 /5 Abhishek Aggarwal: Went for hair cut and color for myself and haircut for kids. Found the quality of work sub-standard, still some white left in the front, and color spill over on the forehead. Also they dont seem to have much experience with kids and I wish theyd said no to doing a kids haircut. The stylist was quite impatient with my kid and was extremely bothered by even slight movement. At one point she made him stand for his haircut!!!

Ru: Got my cut and color done by Esme. She was soo bad at both of them. Would not recommend this salon. They cant communicate properly and overcharge as well. Cant do a proper blow out either

Samson Solomon: Hair cut was okay. I was more turned off by the fact she charged me more for curly hair. I wasn’t charged before for this when I came to her and now she added that. My hair was well maintained and didn’t cost her more time to cut than straight hair. This is hair discrimination and the fact that she said she could cut herself and was more labor intensive that’s why she is charging more is a bunch of crap. If you don’t know how to cut curly hair or don’t want to then just say it and I’ll go somewhere else. She said she could’ve also charged more for the couple sprays of hair product she put on at the end, which was another rude, unsolicited comment and very unprofessional. I will not be coming back here, the hair cut is already over $100 and the fact she is doing this is just cheap and not professional at all.

Aanchal Dalmia: ANTHONY was unprofessional, fraud, and a bully. I went in for a bang trim with JAY. I have been a regular customer at the salon but this has been the worst service. The service was incompetent. JAY could not understand English, and was not able to cut my bangs as I had desired. They were cut too short and looked uneven. He spent over 30 mins trying to fix the hair but to no avail. On checkout, ANTHONY comes, and asks for $25 for bang trim. I make the payment. But when I say that on website it says $20, he says it is "$20 and up". But I dont find anything like this on the website. And I ask him to show me where on the website it says such. ANTHONY says its because of my "kind of bangs". I again ask why he charged me $25. I could see his frustration building. ANTHONY shouted at me in front of all the customers, threw a $5 bill at me saying "I got no time for this" and walked off. So, at this salon, service is incompetent, they will over charge you sneakily, and if you confront them, you may get the money back but the money may just get thrown back at you.
