Greg Leonard: Replaced the battery in my 2017 Jetta and had an airbag light on the dash that wouldnt go away after the battery swap. I hooked up my OBDII reader and cleared all codes but the light didnt go away. Called Hansel VW and they wanted $100 (down from $265 because it was easy and quick for the 2017). Called Hammond and they said to bring it in and they would clear the code, NO CHARGE! They did exactly that! It took them a couple of minutes to clear the code and I was on my way. They saved me $100 straight up! I highly recommend them. Im a lifetime customer of theirs now!

I asked Francisco if he could fix brakes and he confirmed that he could. I asked where I could put my truck and he said that I would have to bring it back the next day. I explained that I was broken down in his lot and couldnt take it. He was oddly combative about it. He told me that homeless people will come and take it if I leave it there. I told him that theyd have to fix it to do so, so I hoped that they would. In the end I had to get it towed from this shop to another one because he wouldnt allow me to leave it among the other six cars that were there. Its really weird and expensive to have to pay to get your vehicle towed to somebody elses shop because he wants the job but wont let you leave it with the other ones hes got waiting. You werent there when I needed you. I wont be back.
