1 /5 Ben Cruz: Second review update - since they want to say that I had three separate leaks. I had water coming up under the passenger side seat. I came in to get it looked at and they told me that they thought it was coming from the door. I had them take care of it and the leak continued within a couple of days. I brought it back so that they can look at it again. They told me that it was taken care of as I left a second time. I did not have to come back anymore for almost a year because there was no rain, and therefore, no way for me to be able to have a leak like that again . I came back to them and told them that I was having the same issue as when I first came in and they immediately told me that it couldnt have been that because its been a year since I was there. I had them inspect it once again and they finally found out that I had a clog in the drainage system and that insurance could cover it. They even offered to give me a discount of $100 on the previous work. If this was a totally different situation then why would you offer to give me a discount based on me being their previously? I showed up multiple times and had no need to come back after the third and final time. Why would I come back once the problem was actually fixed? The right thing to do wouldve been to refund me on labor that didnt get anything done, but of course, thats not going to happen. You obviously can see my review and have my information to contact me, so please dont act like I just disappeared.
Update - I never came back to update my review, and I felt it was very necessary to do so. I came back multiple time for the same issue that I had thought was fixed. It turns out that they misdiagnosed what was happening with my car and I had to keep coming back to the shop. They kept saying that they figured it out every time that I brought it over but I would have the issue come up right away. They never offered to give me any type of discount and wanted to keep charging me labor for something that they could not figure out and yet kept telling me they did. When they saw that it was something that could be covered through insurance they let me know and told me that they could give me a discount of $100. And Im assuming the only gave me that discount because they were going to get paid through insurance anyway. I dont like how the whole process made me feel and I did not have the heart to tell them, but they really annoyed me with what they did. I cannot recommend somebody bring their vehicle here.
