5 /5 Greg Leonard: Replaced the battery in my 2017 Jetta and had an airbag light on the dash that wouldnt go away after the battery swap. I hooked up my OBDII reader and cleared all codes but the light didnt go away. Called Hansel VW and they wanted $100 (down from $265 because it was easy and quick for the 2017). Called Hammond and they said to bring it in and they would clear the code, NO CHARGE! They did exactly that! It took them a couple of minutes to clear the code and I was on my way. They saved me $100 straight up! I highly recommend them. Im a lifetime customer of theirs now!

5 /5 srseibs: They were extremely helpful, getting us in quickly since the car was not drivable. The service reps were friendly. We will be switching our Audi to Hammond from now on. I would service my G37 there too, but they only service German cars.

5 /5 Scott H: I cannot say enough about these guys they’ve always been extremely honest gone above and beyond the norm. I had my car that they could’ve kept doing work on and charged me a fortune but they advised me it was better to stop as the car would not be worth what had to be put into it. I appreciate that kind of honesty. I cannot recommend them highly enough. if you have a car that they work on, you can be assured you will be dealt with with respect and honesty which is huge when it comes to having your car worked on. when you put all that trust into someone else’s hands it’s imperative that the people are honest and the people at this company are absolutely that. They earned my trust over the past years that I’ve been using them on several different cars again I would send anyone to Hammond Autowerks and feel completely safe in doing so given my past experience and the excellent work they’ve done

5 /5 Tricia Day: Called at 8am needing windshield wipers, they ordered them, called me at 9:30am and installed them for no charge within 5 minutes of my arrival. Super customer oriented. Take your German car here for great service.
