After having visited Santa Monica a couple of times I joined one of their Saturday walking tours and I have to say I experienced Santa Monica from a completely different point of view. Ive always loved the place but learning so much about its (in terms of years relatively short) history and opening my view up to the incredible mix of architecture allowed me to understand it in much more depth - and with so many funny and intersting details to share with others. Our guide encouraged us to "look up more" and this advise has not only deepened my love for Santa Monica, it has also impacted the way I travel and walk around cities. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Santa Monica Art Museum - Santa Monica Erica Bryn: I am SO happy this museum came to our neighborhood! We have been 3 times already. Each exhibition has been extraordinary! We always go for dinner at a place on the promenade after to discuss our experience. It makes us feel very cultured. Everyone go!
Clover Park - Santa Monica Dr.Mohina S Kulkarni: Its an excellent playground with lot of play areas for different age groups. Starting from almost 5 till 12 number of swings, slides climbing stair erm to the jacks, swinging slides big field for volleyball pickle mall, baseball and very, very clean lawns. Nice area for walking the dog. A nice barbecue centre and a relaxing environment. The clover park is a must-visit. Ive been visiting santa monica
Hotchkiss Park - Santa Monica Carol: Beautiful park in the middle of a neighborhood. Really relaxing, and a great park to read, relax, meditate. Bring your chair, blanket, pillow and AirPods to enjoy music.
South Beach Park Playground - Santa Monica Ashley Sundquist: Love the South Beach Park Playground! Lots to do for little ones. Great place for a play date. Safety with the gate. Great proximity to the beach.

Ocean View Park - Santa Monica Maria Eubanks: Interactive playground by the beach. Ship shaped with cushioned rubber floor material and beach sand on perimeters. Several accessible gates for parental observation and children safety. Swings for kids of all ages. Roller slide and climbing ropes that are great for building motor skills. Incorporated sound making and projecting pieces included. Bathrooms about 30 meters away. Plenty of unisex stalls on both sides. Family stall is locked and Im not sure when its ever been accessible. The drinking fountain was not working the last time we were there in January.
Marine Park - Santa Monica Oana Gusatu: The playground here is one of the best Iāve seen so far. Itās huge with so much to do for the kids. My little one loves it - thereās stuff to climb on, walk on, jump on, slide under, hop over and so much more. There are toddlers and big kids swings, a marry-go-round, a sand pit, and the biggest playing structure Iāve ever seen. There are ramps, and stairs, and bridges and chutes, swing bars and slides and a lot more. Thereās plenty of parking in the parking lot or on the street, and plenty of green space and sport courts surrounding the playground.
