I finally got the opportunity to book with her and after one visit, I understand the hype. Not only did she give me a haircut that brought out my best facial features, she gave me the best color and blow-out of my life. People often stop me in public to ask who does my color. Nikki is professional, warm, supremely talented, and she really understands her customers. Run to Nikki!!!!!
Drybar - Santa Monica - Santa Monica Jenifer Pitcher: Donāt waste your money. Iāve been to a few Dry Bars in California, and I think itās a waste. But this experience in Santa Monica was definitely the worst. After I was able to look in the mirror the girl that did my hair knew right away I was not happy. She didnāt offer to fix anything, and then was rude which added insult to injury. Iām traveling and realized I forgot my curling iron and hair brush and my husband had planned a romantic weekend for us and was excited to surprise me with various activities, so instead of just picking up a curling iron and doing my hair myself, I was like, oh itās a special weekend Iāll treat myself and have my hair done. But this experience was bad and I hate the way my hair looks. I donāt know why they have a look book because they donāt even attempt to make it look like what you pick.
Hairzoo - Santa Monica Philipp K.: My haircut took maybe 4 minutes.. and it shows. Now that Iāve properly looked at it at home - itās extremely uneven, the āfadeā is basically non-existent in the back, different hair length all over.
They didnāt dry my hair at all, I had the cuttings of my hair all over my face when I left. Even for a basic cut that was way below average service.
Going to find a different place to fix whatever this is.
Trim - Santa Monica carmen carrasco: I went to the salon for a haircut and color with Elizabeth V., who did an amazing job on my hair!! I had some ideas about what I wanted, which she understood perfectly to give me the perfect cut. Elizabeth took her time to color, cut and style my hair, even tried a hydrating treatment on brittle hair, which I appreciated very much; super professional and friendly. The guy at the front desk was super nice too! The salon is beautiful. Thank you for an amazing service and great, knowledgeable staff!!!
Hair Crafters Santa Monica - Santa Monica Mya Stoessel: I cant praise my hair stylist enough! Shes not only incredibly sweet but also incredibly talented. I recently transitioned from dark blue to light pink, and the result is beyond amazing. My hair feels soft and healthy, a true testament to her skill and care. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a fantastic stylist!
Eve European Salon - Santa Monica Derek Castillo: They helped fix my sisterās badly damaged hair (by a different salon) and they have great advice on how to make it all better. Very warm and welcoming environment. Under new ownership by Giorgi and his wife Maka. Lovely people. Come check them out!
Hair by Dennis Latay - Santa Monica Hannah Abedi: Dennis is an incredibly talented artist and a great person. I get my bangs trimmed by him every few weeks, and he always does it perfectly. It is always a pleasure to get my hair done by him! If youāre looking for a reliable stylist that you can trust, I highly recommend Dennis!!
Scissors - Santa Monica Jennifer Jabara: Robbie is the absolute best! He cuts my entire familyās hair and is especially skilled at bringing out the best shape for wavy/curly hair. Sebastian, Wayneā¦ the whole crew there are awesome!
