1 /5 P S: If I can do give 0 star to clinical side had apt 9:30p checked in lady took forever to call me then saying ur late I said 10min bec waiting for u to call me then she said u need to wait maybe 30 to 40 min I wait 2hr and no one was there and I was so mad because even we go on time they never call the patient on time so whats all this things about being late 15min and wait 2hr

1 /5 Kerry Hetzler: Terrible reception and doctors they set you an appointment before they even get there and then if youre late they cancel you even if the doctors not there you have to wait 4 hours past your appointment time and they dont do anything for you except say take some medication and go home and charge you very unprofessional very rude is way better doctors to go to instead of downtown dirty Stockton dont go here its a waste of money and your life just like the people that work there.
