4 /5 Jonas Schoellkopf: Went to the salon twice, nobody was there during open hours. The first time a neighboring store owner saw us and called the hairdresser who showed up 10min later. One of the best cuts I have had. The today, I called, nobody picked up, I showed up and nobody was there. I asked around if anybody had the hairdresser’s number but nobody did… I ended up going to sports clips on the Vons plaza 2min away. I understand I was doing this last minute and that might not be the way the business is operating. But I expected to have someone pick up the phone when calling several times in a row during business hours. Maybe the calls could be forwarded when nobody is present at the location. I will make sure to call in advance in the future.
