1 /5 B L: I gave this salon a 1 star review on Yelp because of the way I was treated by the owner. She then started privately messaging me trying to intimidate me to get my review taken down and that I should of never called and asked questions. I went into the salon for treatment for my dry hair. She told me my hair was unfixable and looked like "a mullet". How insilting! Other reviews on Yelp state that the same woman will sabotage your hair if you dont like the initail work she did. I believe it! Be careful of this place. Bad owner!

Irene worked wonders on my hair and now that I am seeing results, Im falling in love with my hair! Goodbye crazy poofy hair... Hello wonderful waves !! 4 /5 Jonas Schoellkopf: Went to the salon twice, nobody was there during open hours. The first time a neighboring store owner saw us and called the hairdresser who showed up 10min later. One of the best cuts I have had. The today, I called, nobody picked up, I showed up and nobody was there. I asked around if anybody had the hairdresser’s number but nobody did… I ended up going to sports clips on the Vons plaza 2min away. I understand I was doing this last minute and that might not be the way the business is operating. But I expected to have someone pick up the phone when calling several times in a row during business hours. Maybe the calls could be forwarded when nobody is present at the location. I will make sure to call in advance in the future.

5 /5 Jessica Liu: Very professional hair cut place, and it makes me feel like coming home. Especially Breana, who took care of my hair, has a very good knowledge about how to nurish and protect your hair. Anyway, it is a very satisfying experience to have my hair cut here.
