Nikki Llamas: Booked a kids cut because of the convenience of checking in and coming in for the cut. There were 3 employees and they all seemed to be in a bad mood. We had to wait about 20 minutes after our check in time. One of the employees left and the other two were talking bad about her out loud.. they were also complaining the whole time about how they didn’t want to be there. They kept sighing… it just was very unprofessional and sets the mood for the customers. I was ready to get out of there. In a customer service job any employee should put their best attitude forward and today wasn’t it. Hope the employees have better days and provide a better experience for customers. We won’t be returning.
Paige Leatham: Stephanie is the best and just the sweetest girl to talk to. After past experiences at other salons, stephanie understood my concerns, and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable.
Sii Jimenez: Debbie was my stylist, and let me tell you she knows what she’s doing! I definitely recommend her!! she worked her magic on my hair and I was very happy with my results
Sabastian Kelleher: Mr. Anthony is like Van Gough with those shears. He would be able to cut a Rembrandt into the side of a sheep if he was so inclined. Ill be his regular for as long as he stays open and I stay in the area. Would give him a 6th star if I could.
Eugene Richardson: I came in from Sacramento for an annual golf tournament that I take part of in Tulare. I stayed in Hanford with a close friend that I grew up with there in Tulare. I googled a host of Barber shops there in Hanford & read their reviews.... This spot had by far the best overall! So I got off the Amtrak train & went straight there & met Gilbert.... That man was beyond amazing!! He was extremely pleasant, he faded me up with major skills, great conversation. I truly wish he was up here in Sac because he would not only be my go to Barber...but also a tribe of others. The total vibe in this place was unreal to me. Great old school music (nothing disrespectful), all the other Barbers were chill like Gilbert. I will definitely be paying All Star a visit every single time I come back down there to the Valley. If your not getting faded up with these guys..... I just dont know what your doing with your lives!
