5 /5 Tothetrailsandbeyond: We had a great experience at Rozzolis today. They serviced our Sprinter Van. Their service was top notch and prices were affordable! Richard was the best. He was extremely personable and professional. Raymond was also very nice as well as all other staff members. They were beyond accommdating, they had their kind shuttle driver( I didnt get his name) give us and our dog a ride to the local park! Its so refreshing to find a place that provides such awesome customer service!

5 /5 Aaron Sherrick: Had a great first experience with Rizzoli this week. Incredibly friendly and detail-oriented front office staff! We didnt use it as this was a drop and go, but the waiting room was brilliantly clean and very comfortable. I cant speak to the deep skills of the mechanics as ours was a simple 4-wheel balance, but the job was done very well the first time. Results were outstanding.

5 /5 Typhoon 818: I brought my aged but trusted silver Lexus in for a quick liquid level check before a long drive. I was recommended to Rizzolis by both colleagues and families who live in the area and know the shop well. I was surprised and not surprised by the excellent service I received from Raymond. He exemplifies what every guest relations professional should be, impeccably polite, meticulous, and always keeping in mind the customers preferences. While I was speaking with Raymond he understandably helped both myself and a customer who dropped off for a smog check. The customer had an appointment, I didnt. Raymond took the time and the care to see to the other customers needs, which had priority, and mine as well. He did so with grace and a great attitude. We will be recommending Rizzolis to all our local friends and families!

5 /5 James Wilson: Tremendous service! Our car overheated in Highway 101 near San Luis Obispo. After calling three other garages who said they could not accommodate us I called Rizzoli’s. Richard was eager to help us, communicated clearly, and served us professionally. The problem was diagnosed, an estimate of the repair cost and time was presented. Richard went out of his way to help us manage our travel trailer for safe overnight parking and provided a ride to the nearby car rental agency. The repairs were completed at 10:00am the next morning, about three hours earlier than estimated. We could not be more pleased with the service, courtesy, and help we received. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Laura Coquillette: Everyone is so nice. I had to come back to back for what ended up being over $2000. They explained in detail what it was for and then gave me a list of things that I need to have in the future. Ray was exceptional. He was even able to get $400 off the last time I was there. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
