5 /5 jl r: I am extremely pleased with B & B. The person I dealt with was kind and clear. He did a few “extras” for me that made the whole experience better for me. No one likes being hit and ending up leaving their car in a body shop for 10 days. The result was so worth it for me. Grateful

1 /5 Tony Nixon: This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Our car was rear ended and they expected us to identify all of the damage so they could include it on their estimate. They missed very basic things that were clearly obvious by looking under the car. The service writer and supervisor both gave us major attitude and kept contradicting themselves. We should have gone somewhere else, but stayed there because it was through insurance. A couple days after we got the car back, we noticed greasy fingerprints on the headliner. We called and they acknowledged that the fingerprints werent there when we dropped off the car, but said it was somehow still our fault. No one had been in the car since we picked it up, but they still refused to look into it. In addition, the supervisor refused to discuss the issue and said that since we picked up the car and didnt see it at the time, then it isnt their problem. So much for standing by your work. Go anywhere else but here!

5 /5 Geno: Amazing Experience! B&B is a top notch collision specialist. Professionalism at its best, from start to finish, and returned our vehicle ahead of schedule, and back to showroom condition. B&B handled everything, including all communication with the insurance company. Once we dropped the car off, the next call was to tell us our car was ready. B&B used all OEM parts, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and scheduled our appointment, once all the parts were available and on site. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 /5 Carrie Wood: Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. They were in contact with my insurance company and had no problem using the insurance claim my insurance company supplied them. They listened and answered any questions I had. My car was repaired within the time frame they gave and even gave it a light detail before I picked it up. Car repaired, vacuumed with an air freshener. I highly recommend!
